i well write my reviews every day today 8/2/2026. never recevice mail they lie never subcrib with them they take moeny fro one year without your permision i never ask to subcrip. they take moeny without any warning what i get fom this app i do not know what they offer nothing they sayed they well contact me with mail payed. moeny for all year uninsalted and instaled because i payed already. no function nothing most of aap. stealing moeny ....every body have to be carfuell to add them credit card you sayed. 3/2/2026 you well mail i did4t recevie mail.same time i have no b enefot from your app it seem like you stealing moeny. app fraud no refund no services from this app fraud pepole that all i advice every body for watch out from this fraud app

We genuinely appreciate all input from our users as it helps us improve. :-) Regarding your concern about the charge: Shopify's platform is designed so that apps cannot charge merchants without manual approval. Our records show that the subscription was approved on January 22, 2026, and that the app was subsequently used to successfully install a pixel on your store. Huge issue - won't charge us but is charging us??? and is installed but can't use and won't open because we stuck at payment page.

Have a great day! :-) -Shahar -- Hi, Thank you for your review and for sharing a loom screen recording of the issue. That issue seems to be related to Shopify's Billing - because the subscription approval screen is entirely related to Shopify and not to our app. We've witnessed that this issue resolves automatically by uninstalling and then re-installing the app, would you be able to try that? We will also reach out to Shopify regarding this strange issue that prevents merchants from activating the app's subscription. Update: We have reported to Shopify about the billing issue and await their reply. In the meantime, we instructed the merchant to uninstall and reinstall the app, as it appears that it resolves the mentioned issue. Thanks again! :-) -Shahar
