I had a huge issues with this app slowing my store so dramatically - conversion rates on 1 day were amazing, on other day - complete 0 due to technical issues and something being not set correctly on my end. Customer support representative - Earl, helped me in no time by addressing an issue directly via both suggestions and direct technical support. Thank you Earl, you are amazing!

Hi, I had installed your app but it didn’t work as expected for my store, so I uninstalled it shortly after. However, I’ve been charged for this billing cycle. I kindly request a refund for this charge as the app was not in use. Looking forward to your support. Thank you.

Tolstoy is a great app for creative content generation. It's been working extremely well for our fine gold jewelry business. Their customer support team is excellent. Very fast response time and detailed explanations on how to use the app.

Tolstoy has worked great with some of our products, but with others, we had trouble creating accurate lifestyle images. However, Tolstoy has been great in helping to resolve this. Video calls to go through the prompts with in-depth analysis and changes for us. They even rolled out an update to specifically fix some of the issues that we faced. I would recommend to anyone who is having issues with anything to book a call with them so that they can show you how to really use the app. Once you understand how the AI works and learns from you, then you can really make some amazing content!

Had a hard time linking my videos to my product pages, but Earl did a great job assisting me. Once you get past the AI bots, the customer service team is excellent!

Amazing experience with Tolstoy! Emmanuel is so patient and responsive, and was able to answer all of our questions and customize the app to us. I'm obsessed with their AI image generator and the way that we can put videos on our website. It's definitely going to be a game changer for our store. 10/10!

We’ve been working with Tolstoy for years now now and have had an amazing experience. The platform itself is incredibly innovative and an amazing tool to connect with shoppers. However, beyond the product, the team behind Tolstoy is truly exceptional. Dove, the founder, has built such a thoughtful and forward-thinking company, and everyone we’ve interacted with has been wonderful. Emmanuel and the broader team are always so helpful, responsive, and genuinely great to work with. It’s rare to find a company that combines strong technology with such a supportive and collaborative team. We’re also really excited about the AI features they’re rolling out and can’t wait to explore those further. Connected with Earl for tech support. He was fast to reply and solved my problem, sent me a screen shot and video to help get me dialed. Having used another AI video creation platform, Tolstoy is superior as it produces as advertised, provides amazing tech support, and costs far less. I will recommend. Thanks Earl!

Tolstoy support and Earl specifically have been consistently helpful and prompt in assisting us. Earl has taken the time to have multiple training video calls with us and explained all the uses of the platform thoroughly. He has answered all of our questions and investigated errors when (rarely) needed. I'm extremely grateful for Earl's time and care. It really is the difference between this platform and others similar on the market! Thank you again!
