Outstanding service and customer support! I’m very impressed with the prompt communication and willingness to assist. Additionally, the features are excellent, and the platform is incredibly easy to use.

You pay based on impressions rather than video views. Allows the app to charge you just for people viewing your product pages. So now you have to worry about CPMs on Ad Platforms AND CPMs on your product page. Don't be seduced by what looks like low monthly costs, look to alternatives that charge per view rather than per impression.

The App is not tyrannical in relation to excess viewing charges. They guided me to analyze video viewing information that was not the impressions of the videos. It is unfeasible due to the high prices.

Amazing Customer Support and Visually Stunning Tool!!! I can't say enough good things about Tolstoy. Mr. Buluran, the Customer Success Manager assigned to us, was incredible attentive, spending over an hour and a half helping me set up the app and ensuring everything was working perfectly. That level of support truly made a difference. (Thank you Francis!!!) As for the app itself, I was blown away by how visually engaging it made our webpage look. Seeing our products in motion adds a completely different dynamic compared to still images - it's like the content came to life! Tolstoy should be a core part of customer experience strategy for retail brands. Highly recommend!

What a great addition to any ecommerce site in this day and age; marrying the UGC and video storytelling with shoppable capabilities. Also the team, especially Gaya and Gilbert, are the absolute best to work with!

Such an easy way to integrate video content onto your website without a developer. Tolstoy has led to so many sales for our beauty brand to show UGC on our product pages and homepage

Niezl has been very patient and accommodating when helping me to customise the Tolstoy app to suit my shop's requirements. Haven't set the app live yet, but the support has been great so far.

We've been using Tolstoy on both our app and website and there's been a noticeable improvement in engagement and CVR. On top of that, the overall implementation was smooth and seamless with any bugs or issues being resolved almost immediately. Great product, great results and great support.

We stumbled upon the tool by chance, looking for options to effectively integrate our UGC content on the web. Although we have only been using it for a short time, we are very happy with the support team and setting up everything is very easy and with many options. Wesley and Gilbert are very nice and so far they have totally met our expectations. We will see how it performs over the next few weeks.... I'm sure it will be great!

We love Tolstoy. The world is accustomed to short-story-type videos that are easily accessible and we mainly use Tolstoy for that functionality. It easily integrates with all of our platforms and video channels. The team is responsive and very helpful with anything we need. The sticker shock is real but it is well worth it

Our brand has been using Tolstoy for the past 2 months, after implementing it, we've noticed a drastic increase in CVR + AOV. The videos make it engaging for potential customers to see how others viewed/liked our product as well as them also being able to see how it could also improve their life. I highly suggest giving them a shot! Not to mention, their customer support team is amazing, I had a few questions and minutes after sending them, they were answered and resolved.
