RIGHT SUPPORT WHEN NEEDED — but watch the charges/impressions Tolstoy is an excellent app — shoppable video stories for e-commerce really bring products to life. We’ve used it for over a year and it definitely adds value. We did face a difficult experience with charges that added up to thousands of dollars over many months, mainly due to our own lack of attention. The app does send monthly usage emails, but we overlooked them. Thankfully, once we reached out, the team — including the CEO — listened and worked with us to find a fair solution. That level of support gave us confidence to continue with them. The concept is strong, the team truly cares, and the app delivers real value. Just be mindful to keep an eye on usage so you don’t get caught off guard. The integrations with Instagram, Google Drive and TikTok are a great tool of this app.

Honestly It’s difficult to find a faster and better CX response than what i have seen with these guys in Toolstoy. The person that attended me was Mikaela and she has been amazingly resolutive with a response rate below 1-2 hours for 5-6 different inquiries, supporting with screenshots and always very kind. Just for that I consider Toolstoy a trustworthy partner.

Great feature-rich app, and I really appreciate the support team. They’re incredibly patient and helpful. There’s just a small issue for those in the JST time zone, but they really went above and beyond to assist. If I had one suggestion, it would be about the chat notification system. Sometimes it doesn't send email alerts, so you have to keep an eye on the chat box. Other than that, great experience overall!

Fantastic app! It looks great on our product pages and really helps show our products in action. As others have noted, the back-end UI could use some refinement. It's nearly there but can be frustrating to use at times. For instance, being able to click a product in the library and jump straight to it for adding more videos would be a big improvement.

Great app, crappy UX interface. It takes me 3x longer to work inside Tolstoy than getting work done. The app when you can manage to get it set up after hours of work is great. If they would fix the UX experience I def would give it 5 stars. But I am looking for other options now.

My support contact Mikaela was so helpful. She walked us through the entire process of the access needed to provide support, how we could leverage the app by embedding into areas of our site that were hard to figure out / code. This way we can truly leverage the tool to improve our conversion rates and not spend time trying to figure out the installation part!

so far so good, i just downloaded the app today and have enjoyed using it, really simple to do yourself with no experience with websites! its talks you through the set up and has videos to help! i did mess up a little and could not find the videos on my product pages after thinking i was doing everything correctly, opened a chat for help and mikaela helped me right me away and fixed the issues i had in a matter of seconds, which saved me alot of stress going round in circles, appreciate the quick and helpful information right away!
