Super service and a really great app! The support team is always very helpful and quick to respond. Every time I contact support, my issue gets fixed fast and reliably. Especially worth highlighting is the developer team, which implements custom adjustments according to my requirements very quickly. Overall, a fantastic app — highly recommended!

The team at Tolstoy is PHENOMENAL! This is the first app and integration for our website that I have ever used where the team and the developers go above and beyond to help you. We've been utilizing Tolstoy for several years, and have never once had an issue that the team did not immediately resolve for us. Mikaela and every developer on this team are a model of greatness for all website integrations. You will not be disappointed, Tolstoy is the way to go.

his app is excellent, and the customer service is top-notch. I'm really grateful for the prompt and helpful support from Don. Looks great! Had issues at first with our theme not having blocks/sections, contacted support and they installed it on our website in a few hours. Mikaela was our support representative and she was incredibly helpful throughout everything. Very easy to work with, didn't need much from us to install the widget. Excited to see how this performs for us : )

I have been using the app for more than a year on a couple of my stores and it's amazing! It's easy to navigate and the Customer Case team is always there to help you if you encounter any issues or difficulties.

The app is good, but all the extended functions are not worth the extortionate variable costs this app generates. Buyer beware - keep a very close eye on your impressions and expect hefty monthly fees for that usage. We have chose to remove the app in favour of less functional alternatives that offer the core functions we needed at 1/10th the price.
