I’m still learning and building my Shopify store, but this app has helped me take important steps toward creating a more engaging customer experience. The setup was smoother than I expected, and I appreciate how beginner-friendly the platform feels. I especially like the visual and interactive features that help make my store feel more modern and professional. Looking forward to continuing to grow with it.

It's terrible. There's no live customer service—just a bunch of useless AI that can't solve my problem.

Niezl was very helpful! But it was too long talking to the bot before I was finally able to chat with Niezl. Overall, the customer support was really good, they always make sure that every issue is sorted.

Niezl was super helpful throughout our multi-store Shopify setup. She quickly diagnosed several issues - products not syncing in our Canada store, assets not displaying correctly on UK PDPs, and OOS products hiding content. Clear, responsive, and proactive with follow-ups. Great support!

I had a huge issues with this app slowing my store so dramatically - conversion rates on 1 day were amazing, on other day - complete 0 due to technical issues and something being not set correctly on my end. Customer support representative - Earl, helped me in no time by addressing an issue directly via both suggestions and direct technical support. Thank you Earl, you are amazing!

Tolstoy is a great app for creative content generation. It's been working extremely well for our fine gold jewelry business. Their customer support team is excellent. Very fast response time and detailed explanations on how to use the app.

Tolstoy has worked great with some of our products, but with others, we had trouble creating accurate lifestyle images. However, Tolstoy has been great in helping to resolve this. Video calls to go through the prompts with in-depth analysis and changes for us. They even rolled out an update to specifically fix some of the issues that we faced. I would recommend to anyone who is having issues with anything to book a call with them so that they can show you how to really use the app. Once you understand how the AI works and learns from you, then you can really make some amazing content!

Had a hard time linking my videos to my product pages, but Earl did a great job assisting me. Once you get past the AI bots, the customer service team is excellent!
