We do not recommend - to us the ROA seemed extremely low. the Cost of the product plus their excessive shipping cost= for us to Low of a ROA, sometime to a negative profit margin so hard to select profitable items to import also so many items we felt were out of stock. There were order issues after ordered where a product went out of stock, yes we were refunded but as an internal credit they do not refund back to the original payment, and few items had longer than expected delivery timeframe. -Sad we really wanted this company to work for us. A special Shout Out to the CS agent Paul who we feel is awesome and always resolved order issues to the best he could but we feel the website needs more work. was hard to filter and sorting for prices low to high, etc.

As a wholesale dropshipping platform, product costs, shipping rates, and delivery timelines are determined by individual U.S.-based suppliers and third-party carriers. Shipping is calculated based on factors such as weight, dimensions, and distance, and is not set by TopDawg. Dropshipping can involve slimmer margins depending on product selection, pricing strategy, and shipping variables, which is why we encourage retailers to evaluate landed costs and profitability before importing products. Inventory availability is also dynamic, and while rare, items may sell out between order placement and fulfillment. In those cases, refunds are issued as account credits in accordance with our published refund policy. We appreciate your feedback regarding filtering and catalog usability, as we’re continually improving the platform based on retailer input. While we’re disappointed we couldn’t meet your expectations, we truly wish you success in finding a solution that better aligns with your business model.

I am starting a very specific niche. I was looking for somewhere to source these products from the US to cut the shipping times. They offer many products that I would love to have sold and promoted but the lack of pictures they made available to me made it impossible to sell with any professionalism. When i reached out to them they offered no help. He just said that they have many people that do well with what they give them to work with. Even their chatbot offered me 7 free days with more pictures available to me. Apparently more are available if you pay them more money. When i emailed them he straight up said some suppliers don't give them more pictures. So I'm not sure which one is the truth. In any case the actual customer service person never offered me anything to try only saying that basically if they can do it I can. Thanks but no thanks. There are many more people to work with that actually offer real customer service.

TopDawg provides a USA based platform with an amazing array of products to suit just about any eCommerce shop. I was specifically looking for equestrian items from riding gear to jewelry. They have everything! Anyway, after trying to link with international dropshippers, linking with TopDawg was incredibly easy. Plus any time I have called for support, my call is quickly answered by a live person who understands Shopify and how TopDawg connects to the Shopify platform. I highly recommend using TopDawg to stock your eCommerce site.

I had a great experience with TopDawg's customer support—seriously, they were amazing. Unfortunately, my website didn't make it. Pricing was the real killer. I was spending nearly $500 a month on apps and domain fees, and even though my SEO strategy was spot-on, I couldn't keep up with the costs. Paying Facebook and Google thousands for marketing was out of the question. The only visitors I got were people from Nigeria trying to sell me their services. It was so frustrating. I ended up giving up because I was spending more supporting other companies than making money. I've realized that luck plays a bigger role than just having the right SEO or marketing strategy.

I like TopDawg alot. Are they perfect? Probably not. Are they much better than other drop-shipping companies I've tried - YES! BY FAR. Of course they do have some issues here and there. Of course I wish their Suppliers would provide a more retail-ready catalog product decriptions along with UPC codes being transferred automatically into Google Fileds of Shopify. Yes, making the store retail-ready took some tedious manual labor. And of course I would love for their Suppliers to be more accurate in terms of inventory updates. With all that said - comparing to other companies I was working with - TopDawg Customer Service is SIX out of five stars. Their built-in shipping calcullator is great. Their invoicing/accounting system is very accurate. You can always call and the phone WILL be pciked up 10 times out of 10. Belive me, in my previous experience - this fact alone is a luxury in the dropshipping industry. You can shoot a quick email and it WILL be answered within a very reasonable time. The bottomline is - just like any and every business out there TopDawg might have a room for some improvement. And they are doing a good job improving. Overall I am very much pleased with their service.

Paul in customer service went beyond in helping me tackle those challenges even as far as communicating through my Shopify support team. Using the app for a fairly well trafficked and known brand to add additional items and so far functions well. Need to work on some of the processes and returns, but support is quick and helpful to solve and take feedback.
