I must be missing something or all of these reviews are fake. I installed the app only to discover absolutely outrageous pricing. Cheap jumper cables for $115, Yoki Women's boots in the $200-300 range. All of these prices are like 10 times higher than RETAIL. How is one supposed to make money with this?

I can’t thank this dropshipping company enough for their exceptional support! They’ve been incredibly quick to respond to all of my questions—no matter how many (or how annoying, sorry about that!). I had a great experience with TopDawg's customer support—seriously, they were amazing. Unfortunately, my website didn't make it. Pricing was the real killer. I was spending nearly $500 a month on apps and domain fees, and even though my SEO strategy was spot-on, I couldn't keep up with the costs. Paying Facebook and Google thousands for marketing was out of the question. The only visitors I got were people from Nigeria trying to sell me their services. It was so frustrating. I ended up giving up because I was spending more supporting other companies than making money. I've realized that luck plays a bigger role than just having the right SEO or marketing strategy.

Blessings I must say, Top Dawg lives up to their name! I've been on the search for the right supplier for weeks, had some good leads etc. however, my very first human interaction with Top Dawg was EVERYTHING! On point! My man Paul is the real MVP. It's ridiculous that you have to pay a membership fee just to see pricing, then on top of that pay them for their products, I'll stick to Printful which is 10x better and no membership fee for people starting out. This app is the definition of a greedy corporation.

I am so glad I am using TopDawg as a supplier. It has so many quality choices for my store and love the fact that everything is shipped from the USA, since that is the only country I am selling in right now. It is very streamlined and if I have any questions, customer service has been outstanding. There costs to me for products are great so I don't have to worry about pricing myself out of the market to make a profit. I would highly recommend using this app for your store!

I must say how pleased I am with this app. I was looking for quality merchandise for my niche and after reviewing the products I knew I found a top-notch supplier in TopDawg. This site is worth its weight in gold for the sheer fact they have great customer support you can actually call. We were having issues with a glitch and I was able to speak to a gentleman named Paul who in minutes figured it out and was able to give us a lot of insight as well. This is huge. We also use zendrop and can't even figure out how to put a ticket in their system. From this point on Ill only use drop shippers who have actual customer support via phone and they will hopefully have a Paul there too! Thanks you for being great. Just by you answering saved me hours.!!!

Terrible product selection and the products that they do have are knock-offs that are extremely poor quality.
I would love the opportunity to assist you but since your Shopify store isn’t live (Listed as opening soon) and you aren’t a registered user in our system, I can’t identify who you are or what you were looking at before you made this review. Furthermore, since you only had the app installed for 6 minutes, just long enough to write a review, how were you able to test the functionality of it or find the time to evaluate almost 600,000 products to determine we have a terrible selection? The fact that we have 600,000 products across 12 departments would suggest otherwise. Finally, it is hard to make a statement like “our products are knockoffs” unless you purchased some samples. FYI, all our suppliers are fully vetted, 98% of them are shipping from the USA and they all have a legal right to sell the products listed on our platform. Any suppliers that violate this mandate would be removed immediately. I could only hope you made a big mistake, and the review was meant for a different APP. Please do the right thing and take down this review.

I have been an online entrepreneur for nearly two decades and one of the keys to my success with multiple businesses, has been providing second-to-none customer service. I take GREAT pride in that, and in turn I can be very scrutinizing when it comes to the customer service provided by businesses/companies I work with. I can not make a SINGLE complaint about Top Dawg's outstanding customer service!! Excellent! Friendly, helpful, even willing to stay on the phone with me as I edited my website to make certain my issue was completely solved before ending the call. Follow-up email came promptly, just to check in with me and make sure everything was working smoothly and as expected. I could not be happier with the customer service provided by this group! As for their dropshipping/product service----again, FIVE STARS!! I mentioned above that I've been an online retail merchant for roughly two decades now, so drop-shipping is certainly not new to me. That said, I've trialed several different dropship-suppliers over the last 5-10 years for a couple different areas of business, and I can tell you with no uncertainty that Top Dawg's pricing tiers are UNBEATABLE. I have used various dropship companies for everything from women's fashion to pet supplies and I spent a heck of a lot more to get a heck of a lot LESS..... with manual inventory management and customer service that was completely non-existent. With Top Dawg, you are absolutely 100% getting MORE BANG FOR YOUR BUCK, coming from someone very experienced in the topic. If you are considering adding drop-shipping to your website or business, and are looking for an incredible supply catalog in multiple areas of retail that is affordable AND offers customer service that cannot be matched, then you should look no further. Talk about getting nickle-and-dimed. Not only do you pay a monthly membership fee (they don't even list the price for their top-tier plan, but their second-level plan is $24/month, their 3rd-tier is $59/month), but you also have to pay an order processing fee, plus a fee to download a CSV Product Spreadsheet (it's a per-department cost, too, which I assume means you get charged this fee every single time you download it). Their free plan allows you to list a whopping 5 products -- yes, 5 -- and you have to pay a $3 order processing fee and a $12 CSV product spreadsheet download fee. It's absolutely insane. And then there's the cost of their products. A printed oversized T-shirt made with 100% Organic Cotton. Okay, great. Product cost? $49.95 MSRP? $74.00. Oh, let's not forget shipping costs: Low $9.18, Average $9.35, High $9.68. That's domestic shipping, let's not even talk about international rates. Yeah, good luck making any money with this app.

We pride ourselves on being completely transparent with our membership pricing so that everyone understands what they are opting into when they sign up for a free account or upgrade to a paid account. I would like to point out that with a free account you can see the details of every product in our catalog, over 600,000 SKU’s, without having to download a spreadsheet. And because you have a Shopify store, you can install a state-of-the-art app from TopDawg, providing all the integration tools needed to sync product data, sell products, process orders and receive carrier tracking for your customers directly to your store. Also, stock levels are automatically synced with your integrated inventory and we support best-rate carrier calculated shipping rates, in real time, for your store checkout process. All of this is done seamlessly with one of our paid membership plans. You will also notice that the spreadsheet downloads are free in any of our paid membership plans. It is important to know that the free account is just for browsing our catalog, viewing product details and allows users to learn how to navigate our platform before upgrading to a paid plan. The pricing for all membership plans, including the premier level, can be viewed by clicking on the “learn more” link or “see all pricing options” link located in the TopDawg Shopify App Listing. It can also be found by clicking on the “pricing” link located in the top nav of the TopDawg website. Finally, the cost for products on our platform is set by the suppliers listing the products in our catalog, and the shipping cost associated with those items are determined by the carriers assigned to them. Sometimes the size of the item increases the shipping costs over smaller items, but you always have the option to pass those costs, or a portion of them, on to the customers in one way or another. If the shipping cost on some products is too high for your liking, I would suggest not choosing to sell those products and picking something else from our extensive catalog that better meets your needs. We have thousands of Retailers on our platform selling millions of dollars’ worth of products and they all started out in the Free Start-Up plan.
