This plugin is incredibly difficult to use. I followed the instructions to activate it, but the pixel didn't install correctly. I contacted support, and they just mechanically told me the plugin was working properly. However, I tried several different ways to test it, and they all showed the pixel wasn't installed in my store. I highly recommend this plugin; it's incredibly difficult to use, and the poor support is truly disgusting.

Trackify was installed and set up correctly, but the issue you faced was due to a browser cache conflict, which can prevent Pixel Helper from showing the correct data. We recommended checking in Incognito Mode, clearing your cache, or doing a hard refresh — any of these steps would have resolved the issue.
