The main purpose and benefit of this app is to track conversions properly. Even after a zoom call reviewing all of our settings the app is COMPLETELY Incorrectly reporting our purchase conversions. Its reporting over 1000% higher purchases then our TOTAL online purchase counts for the day. The UTM parameters to show conversion details are not properly showing in Shopify. To aggravate the issue support is lacking. Slow to respond to even urgent escalations. If these issues are not immediately addressed most likely we will unstall the app and use the other competitor apps.
Thanks for your feedback. As discussed on the call, Trackify is sending accurate data to Facebook Events Manager. The overreporting seen in Ads Manager is due to Meta’s attribution and reporting process and is not related to Trackify. For UTM conversion details in Shopify, this is handled by Shopify’s own system. We apologize if you experienced any delay in our support responses. Our support is available during specific hours, but we always try our best to provide detailed help and take calls whenever possible.
