Trackify track very stricly and reach 9/10 match quality from Events Manager (9 is maximum all the app can send).

I contacted Trackify X support regarding an issue with my Facebook pixel, and the team was very helpful and took the time to look into the problem properly. A very positive support experience:)

no proper tracking
Sorry to hear about your experience. The Facebook warning related to invalid creationTime values is a known false alert from Facebook and does not affect actual tracking performance. This message can appear even for stores not using Trackify. We also could not find any prior support request from your side regarding tracking concerns.

Works great, better than Meta's default CAPI for sure, fast and fool-proof to install. Got a little issue on my end but it was resolved by the support team. Nothing to complain about. For the advanced tracking, I bet their pricing is very much worth it. We were considering Triple Whale and Elevar which are obviously more advanced but not worth the money for the little extra they give, at least for our business scale.
