The main purpose and benefit of this app is to track conversions properly. Even after a zoom call reviewing all of our settings the app is COMPLETELY Incorrectly reporting our purchase conversions. Its reporting over 1000% higher purchases then our TOTAL online purchase counts for the day. The UTM parameters to show conversion details are not properly showing in Shopify. To aggravate the issue support is lacking. Slow to respond to even urgent escalations. If these issues are not immediately addressed most likely we will unstall the app and use the other competitor apps.

Thanks for your feedback. As discussed on the call, Trackify is sending accurate data to Facebook Events Manager. The overreporting seen in Ads Manager is due to Meta’s attribution and reporting process and is not related to Trackify. For UTM conversion details in Shopify, this is handled by Shopify’s own system. We apologize if you experienced any delay in our support responses. Our support is available during specific hours, but we always try our best to provide detailed help and take calls whenever possible.

Extremely disappointed. The app has been completely down for days, making it useless. To make matters worse, customer support is non-existent. No one answers emails or chats. Save your time and money.

Our engineering team resolved it the same day, and the app has been operating normally since. As many merchants were impacted at the same time, there was an unfortunate delay in our response. Sorry to hear about your experience. The Facebook warning related to invalid creationTime values is a known false alert from Facebook and does not affect actual tracking performance. This message can appear even for stores not using Trackify. We also could not find any prior support request from your side regarding tracking concerns.

Works great, better than Meta's default CAPI for sure, fast and fool-proof to install. Got a little issue on my end but it was resolved by the support team. Nothing to complain about. For the advanced tracking, I bet their pricing is very much worth it. We were considering Triple Whale and Elevar which are obviously more advanced but not worth the money for the little extra they give, at least for our business scale.
