When we reviewed your setup earlier, everything was configured correctly and the TikTok pixel issue you first reported had already been fixed. You reached out about the new issue on Saturday, during the weekend when our team is only partially available. We had already shared the calendly link beforehand, and the next available meeting slot you saw was on Monday — it wasn’t that we asked you to book two days later, it was simply the earliest open time. We also sent follow-up messages and were ready to arrange a weekend call since you mentioned it was urgent, but by the time we checked your reply, the app had already been uninstalled and the review posted. You also scheduled the Monday call, but no one joined from your end. We wanted to connect because you mentioned the issue started after connecting TikTok, and sometimes such problems can come from the platform side, which is why a meeting is important. Regarding the app logging you out — that is normal behavior. When your Facebook or TikTok session expires, Trackify logs you out for security reasons, but this does not affect tracking. Tracking continues in the background, and you only need to log in again if you want to make changes such as connecting new pixels or catalogs.
