Not working properly. For many orders it's just not showing any tracking updates, although these updates are properly showing on all other tracking apps (like 17track.net). Customer service is dismissive. I'm paying for an app that's not working, but they maintain that they can't refund me because "the app is working". In the meantime I'm getting emails from customers saying that our tracking page is useless because they can't track their order.

The support team is useless; they don’t solve problems. I’ve sent an email and added someone from support, but I’ve been waiting for days without a solution.
