- EDIT - Now fixed! We’ve had on-and-off tracking problems for over a year (two shops) and they never fix the real issue. Previously every time we contact them, support just manually fixes the 50+ broken orders for that moment, but the system loses sync again and again a few days after. It literally feels like talking to a wall or an AI bot that can’t do anything real. We’ve been extremely patient – way too patient – but enough is enough. Since yesterday we’ve been going back and forth: It`s like.. am i talking to an AI or what, cause you never know, but it sure feels like it. First we sent a CSV with all the tracking numbers that aren’t updating. That didn’t work, so we sent the same list in plain text. Then they asked us for screenshots of the frontend – we sent those too. Now they are asking if the tracking numbers are even added to the orders… Seriously? Of course they’re added! They’re added in Shopify, TrackingMore pulls them, and then TrackingMore fails to update the tracking info. The automation is completely broken. How hard can it be for a technician to reach out and try to solve the problem. We have never gotten any feedback whatsoever from a technician. - Update: We finally received a thorough review of the app, and it is now functioning flawlessly. It's a great app; I just wish we had gotten the help sooner.

Very hard to keep track of this app sometime. They are constantly making changes in order to try to improve and sometime it affects my previous settings that have already been setup. however the team is top notch and they always do the best to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

They have been very attentive to fixing issues and seem detecated to improving their app. Still a few things to work out but nice to see.
Dear Shopify Seller 1. first of all you have not generated any dialogue and contact with our customer service, if you contact us, we are happy to provide strong support. 2. We successfully helped you to automate the logistics to check all your shipments. 3.
