I really like the design of the app! I also wanted to change a view things and needed some help from the support team. They replied within minutes and solved the issue quick :) Can really recommend it!

This app is great! They offer a free plan that is better than other's paid plans! They have all of the carriers you want, and they will remove the branding for you if you ask. I spoke to Mary today and she was absolutely the best customer service agent I've spoken to in ages. Remember if you want to have a map and the customer's address, you will need to customize the theme that it comes with.

Wonderful app with many useful functions. I very much like the option to change the carriers manually for either one particular shipping or in bulk. In addition, you can update the shipping status manually, which in my case is very useful as well. In my case, the carriers for one shipping cane change several times, so the functions described above are absolute gold for me. Also, I like to mention the kind and professional support support team, that has really quick response times.

This application is easy to use, friendly UI (newly updated version) and most importantly, their customer service is fantastic, special mention to Lea and Ashley, who were very helpful in addressing my questions and issues.

We use TrackingMore to assist with external reporting. We get an automated download of our data every month which then updates all reports so we can track our delivery performance. A task that used to take a few hours a week now takes quite literally no time at all since it is fully automated, absolutely love TrackingMore and would be lost without it. I contacted support to help with one of the automations recently and they did a fantastic job in getting it resolved for us. If you need your shipping data in a clean, meaningful format to review delivery performance then this will be instrumental to you! We dont use the full functionality of TrackingMore but I know it does so much more too Shout out to Richie in support for being so helpful!
