The customer service was impeccable! I contacted support via chat and in a few minutes a kind and helpful operator solved my problem. He guided me step by step with great professionalism and courtesy, making sure that everything was sorted before ending the conversation. It is really reassuring to know that, in case of need, there is a team ready to help you quickly and effectively. A service that makes the difference and makes the travel experience even more enjoyable! Highly recommended!

Their customer service is on another level. I was primarily assisted by Ashley, but also received support from Richie. Both were extremely attentive and helpful. They resolved my issue promptly, even though it wasn’t simple or straightforward. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced service like this from a company—it truly sets them apart. Trackingmore is already a benchmark as an app, but the support from their agents genuinely makes me want to stick with them. 10/10.

The BEST Tracking APP! Integrates seamlessly with other apps. Also has very good, responsive customer service. Transparent and low pricing (unlike other tracking apps that nickel and dime you for every feature)
