I have had a few small issues since moving over to TrackingMore, and like every App there are good and not so good points. I had an issue with orders not synching and Megan was on it straight away and fixed it. The support team is super quick, really helpful and get's a solution every time. This is where Apps fall down if there support team is not engaged or difficult to get hold of when you need them.

App works really well and has all the important features required. Very impressed by the support speed and effectiveness. They answer in seconds and jump on to fix any issue you may have. Highly recommended.

Excellente app avec un service client fantastique. J'avais fais la demande il y a plusieurs mois de pouvoir choisir le délai de livraison selon les catégories de produits. Cette option n'existait pas alors. TrackingMore est revenu vers moi de leur propre chef une fois cette nouvelle option disponible avec le mode de paramétrage. Vraiment ravie!
