I would recommend this application to any business using PayPal, as it is effortless to set up and provides quick support, saving us a considerable amount of time.

Easy to use with fast support when needed! Great "back in time" feature that allows you to re-sync up to the last 90 days.

The app does what it is supposed to do. No complaints so far. Support is also very fast. Even on Christmas someone was there for us.

We often had issues with paypal, banning our account because we haven't uploaded the tracking IDs. That time is over now with trackipal! The app automatically uploads the tracking number regularly and PayPal like that. Besides, the customer support of this app is very good. I called PayPal and asked if the app was desirable PayPal said it was a very good way to prevent suspensions.

If you accept payments via PayPal, this app is an absolutely essential automation to bridge your store, shipping platform, and PayPal. It will literally save you double digit hours and help you get your settlements 10x faster. Highly recommend!

Easy to set up and use. Processing seems very fast and the accuracy is great. It made it really easy to add tracking info to my paypal business accounts.

Just got the app today!! it seems very easy to use :D I like it so far. I had to switch to this app because the other one I was using before got shut down.

Did exactly what I need! I'm in the UK using Royal Mail Click & Drop and needed an integration to fill in the tracking details that Royal Mail sends to shopify. All I do is send the parcel and the rest is automatic. This massively helped PayPal not to put any funds on hold. Heads up to anyone using these services, I was new to PayPal and they still held most of the money coming in until I started using this and then within just 4 weeks they're not holding a penny anymore :) Only downside is it can take a day or two to fill all the details in depending on when orders are fulfilled etc. Many thanks to John B and the team here for helping out!

UPDATE: been using this app for a while, needed to contact customer support and they were very fast to help and thorough with troubleshooting. I highly recommend this app. Jon is A+++ just installed app but so far so good. helpful customer service. should make life easier with paypal issues. nice knowing its all taken care of with tracking info.
