TrackiPal PayPal Tracking Sync

Did exactly what I need! I'm in the UK using Royal Mail Click & Drop and needed an integration to fill in the tracking details that Royal Mail sends to shopify. All I do is send the parcel and the rest is automatic. This massively helped PayPal not to put any funds on hold. Heads up to anyone using these services, I was new to PayPal and they still held most of the money coming in until I started using this and then within just 4 weeks they're not holding a penny anymore :) Only downside is it can take a day or two to fill all the details in depending on when orders are fulfilled etc. Many thanks to John B and the team here for helping out!

UPDATE: been using this app for a while, needed to contact customer support and they were very fast to help and thorough with troubleshooting. I highly recommend this app. Jon is A+++ just installed app but so far so good. helpful customer service. should make life easier with paypal issues. nice knowing its all taken care of with tracking info.

Customer service is really helpful! Will definitely be recommending to all my Boutique friends to save the hassle from having to manually input tracking information into PayPal.

Performs exactly as we needed it to -- automated shipping notification updates to PP. Back in Time feature allows you to do the same for older orders if needed. Nice 'live chat' CX support as well.

the best app, there was an issue with not importing and skipping orders and not adding a tracking number. The support was really quick in responding to my issues and resolve my issues. i would recommned

This Holiday season we saw our sales increase significantly online. When PayPal saw increased activity, it put a hold on all our payments and would not allow us to pay suppliers through PayPal. Needless to say, it was nerve-racking at our busiest time of the year. Once we were able to resolve the hold on our account, we found this app to automatically upload tracking information into each individual payment processed through PayPal. We thought we were going to have to do it manually to get funds released moving forward. Thankfully, this app works like a charm. Setup is super easy, support was live when I needed it (for a simple question, nothing having to do with installation troubles) and the app pays for itself. Thank you for developing this simple to use solution to a very complex problem.

Summary: YOU MUST HAVE THIS GREAT APP! I absolutely searched this app in the shopify app store to write a review on this app because they're not offering a review button in their app. PERFECT APP! easy to use, update all PayPal orders after 2 hours from tracking update in your store! that's marking you as a trust seller on PayPal eyes. really really recommended! save time, save you money, help you to win disputes, just 9.99$ for a month it's nothing if you compare it to your time saving!

PayPal was giving us issues since Shopify does not feed the tracking numbers. We use a customized D2C distribution model which TrackiPal was able to adapt to. The support was extraordinary and thanks to them, our PP acct. is in good standing! 6 stars!!

Really helped cut down on the time of adding tracking numbers to PayPal, necessary for any business that ships physical product and uses PayPal as a payment processer. Support is awesome and always responsive and helpful.
