I am at a loss for words - because I have been looking for an app like this for 1.5 months! After trying app after app, wasting money and just "ok" support - this app and support completely blew my mind! As a dropshipper, I needed support for multiple carriers, and needed to control the information that appears to better my customer experience. It is almost like this app was built FOR dropshippers, because they offer everything I didn't even know I needed. The support (Matt) is exceptional - willing to help with anything you need and proactively offering solutions and adjustments to ensure the app is a PERFECT fit for you. I am so sad it took me so long to find them, but I can truly relax now knowing my customers' #1 inquiry will be answered by their app, giving me time back to work on my business. So, it pays for itself. Thank you guys!

I was using another app but sometimes the tracking information would be in another language or no update available for periods of time. So far I love this app and it's easy for customers and myself. The customer support has been awesome as well. Thank you so very much!!!

Can be integrated into the existing theme design so it looks good and consistent. Easy to use. Provides clear and transparent shipping info to the customers. The customer service is amazing! It took like 2 minutes for Alan to fix my problem. Highly recommend!

Great App! Great Support! I tried this app mainly to provide additional, custom order statuses to customers between order placement and order fulfillment steps. The look and navigation of this app are great! I also switched from Conversio to OrderlyEmails, which easily integrates with Tracktor so my customers can always link quickly to their order status from their email notifications. My only request would be that Tracktor could allow for specific order statuses only visible to customers that ordered certain products (products that may take longer or have additional steps in the fulfillment process than other products).

This app Is fantastic, takes a minute to install and it's so simple a toddler could do it. They offer a great range of pricing plans that can meet anyone's needs. Just had an issue and the support team got back to me and sorted something out instantly. Very Impressed!
