Handing off the online advertising for our small family business was scary (we're control freaks) but it's already paying off. One month ago, taking on Google & Facebook ads for our small business was daunting - I was trying to learn it all myself to avoid paying a stranger to run it for us. Honestly I'd still be trying to get it setup correctly and agonizing over which images and copy to use if I hadn't given this a shot. One month in, we are pretty blown away. Assuming it would take several months to get things dialed in, we did not expect to see many sales within a week, let alone achieve 73 sales with a 5.2X ROAS within 30 days. Both Google and Facebook components have been super successful, pretty much right from the start. *We are not a new store/brand, we've been running and growing for 5 years - but this has already had a positive impact on our business. And saved me a massive amount of time, stress and headspace. If you're on the fence, just try it. As far as working together, any questions or tweaks I have to the campaigns are addressed quickly over email, and I'm really happy with the responsiveness from our dedicated campaign manager. Emma has been fantastic! We have already increased our budget for this month and are looking forward to seeing those numbers go up even more. Five stars, all the way. Thanks so much!

Everything has been moving in the right direction. The first few months are really a time to get things dialed in. Nine months into the project we are averaging 5.4X ROAS. I'm hoping we can increase our ROAS and continue to invest in this app.

This app is amazing! We have had incredible results and with Emma's support it has been really smooth. It works for any type of business and in any country in the world. They have been charging us $1,250/month and bringing on average 3 sales for the past 3 months. They have refused to refund any of our payments and are holding our cancelled subscripiton fee captive so we don't open disputes. Completely bad business practive, false advertisement, fraudulent activity and behavior. We will report them Shopify and have disputed our payments from PayPal. Edit: We never had a year long subscription, all their statements and numbers are complete lies ! Feel free to privately contact me if you want to see our proofs. DO NOT USE THİS APPLİCATİON ! The first month we had a positive ROAS with very low volume, this is how they tricked us into spending more with them ! This is their scamming strategy. They never made any AI Ads, Facebook or Instagram Ads. All they do is copy a Google branding campaign to retarget your existing users without adding any real value. This is how they get a good ROAS on the beggining, then they raise your budget and start charging you with no sales, be very careful with this misleading company !

Effective, great ROI, and fast customer service. For our small CPG business, this has been a great service that we foresee using indefinitely - it drives leads that convert, more than pays for itself, and is very much a 'set-and-forget' program. 10/10 Recommend!

So, I have had an excellent experience with this company and the ad service. I hate dealing with ads, so handing off Google Ads was awesome. I had huge success using this service. I did go viral on TikTok 3 times, so I am sure some of the Google clicks were from people from TikTok searching for me already, but even after the viral surges, it kept my brand awareness going. The customer service is amazing. If you're lucky enough to work with Emma then you're going to be in good shape. Just a side not about what I love is if you want to pause ads just let them know and they will. No annoying fine print that says you have to keep going for whatever reason. They are people and they understand business and they give advice as to when you should or shouldn't pause, but if you do there is no fight about it and they do. This is super helpful for a startup doing the scale/advertising balance. Thank you so much and I will continue using for everything Google related.

Simple dashboard, 6-7 x ROAS, currently 5 months in

I had been using StoreYa for several years. My spend was higher in the beginning and the results were pretty good. Over the last year or 6 months, things definitely changed. I was getting no sales from StoreYa ads - maybe 1 sale for the entire month of spend. I was disappointed that they could not tell me why. I have cancelled my subscription and will look elsewhere for ads help.

I found this service while looking for an application/program that could support me with additional advertising on top of what I was already doing on Google ADS. I started with $1000, but by the middle of the month I had already decided to increase the budget to $5000. This is because I am getting back X16 budget I spent and the month is not yet over (sales data have been validated). I honestly believe that: those who had not success with this service and the support team (it is a must to provide all the details to set up the campaign) should look at their own website, their own product feeds and the guidance given to StoreYa on how and on which products to allocate the budget. I hope they can push my business even further with a higher budget!

At first I was hesitant when I was suggested the APP by PayPal as a way to boost sales, when I first installed it, I broke even what I invested in the first month, but then I found that it really made a difference, as long as you try and help the team with the information, campaigning, they are very responsive, and very quick to settle any questions one has about the sales, etc.
