Hello, We are sharing every single observation with you in detail. After a long period of research, we decided to give the company Google Ads & Shopping AI: ST a chance and worked with them for one month. We have clearly seen and proven that this company is 100% a scam. We documented everything with official evidence: images, videos, and screenshots. 1- This company claims they are running ads on your behalf, but they are not running any ads. (Every Google ad must appear in the Google Ads Transparency Center — this is a standard Google policy). When we pointed this out to them, they said they were running ads but claimed “they don't show up on Google.” That is, of course, a lie. To be 100% sure, we contacted the Google Ads department directly and explained the situation. According to their official response: every ad must appear in the Transparency Center, and currently, no one other than you is running ads related to your website. We officially confirmed that this company is a fraud. 2- They sent us reports every Sunday claiming “you received this many impressions and clicks.” Yes, there were some clicks and traffic — but we tracked the traffic and found it was always coming from the same or similar IP addresses. We verified this one by one using monitoring tools. 3- After each Sunday report, they tried to make it look like customers were visiting the site as a result of their “work.” So every Monday, the same IP addresses added the same products to the cart and went all the way to the checkout page — but then abandoned it. They tried to fake activity in the cart and checkout. And they did this on the same day, every week. Their other goal here was clearly to push us into increasing our budget by creating a false impression of “you're close to getting real orders.” Now that we’ve publicly exposed all of this, they’ll probably come up with new scam methods or change their system. But we spent one full month tracking, analyzing, and investigating them — and we’ve proven 100% officially that they are a scam. If you have any doubts, our review should make everything clear. Don’t fall for fake reviews and don’t waste your money on this company. We wish everyone strong and honest sales.
We’re sorry to hear about your concerns. To resolve them, we have provided you with solid evidence from 3rd party companies showing that our traffic is driven directly from Google Ads. StoreYa has been a trusted Shopify, Google, and Meta partner for over 14 years, working with thousands of merchants worldwide - as reflected by the reviews here of merchants enjoying our services for many years. Regarding the Google Ads Transparency Center: it lists the advertiser paying Google directly. Since we manage campaigns through our partner account, the advertiser name shown is StoreYa Feed LTD. Searching for “USA + StoreYa Feed LTD” in the Transparency Center will show over 4,000 active ads in the USA alone. The traffic and activity reports we shared came directly from your own Google Analytics property, which you can log into to verify. We have no ability to alter that data. We invited you to add us to your correspondence with Google and to schedule a call so we could review your account together, but have not yet received a response. Our team remains available to assist and is keen to resolve your concerns.

We had a horrible experience with StoreYa. The company charged us while showing completely misleading and fake results. The actual ad performance was nowhere near what they claimed. Their platform reported inflated conversions and ROI that simply didn't exist when cross-checked with our real data. The ads they ran brought poor traffic and minimal return, despite what their dashboard showed. When we questioned the discrepancies, we got vague responses and no real support. This feels like a scam. The service is overpriced, underdelivers, and relies on false metrics to keep you paying. Save your money and avoid this platform at all costs.

StoreYa misrepresented our ad performance with false and inflated results, leading to significant financial losses. Their reports made it appear as though our campaigns were successful, but the actual data proved otherwise. When we raised concerns, they avoided accountability and provided vague responses.

Terrible ROAS 1.1x is very poor and we will be asking Shopya for a full refund of every penny spent or complimentry service until they actually achieve something close to their advertised ROAS BUYERS BEWARE they make claims that are not reflected in their results while claiming it takes 4 - 6 weeks to see results. at 1.1.x after 3 weeks we have to say they are lying! We wonder how many of the 400k cutomers are actually happy and still using them because to us it looks like they can't actually deliver. Storya Proove us wrong!

They have been charging us $1,250/month and bringing on average 3 sales for the past 3 months. They have refused to refund any of our payments and are holding our cancelled subscripiton fee captive so we don't open disputes. Completely bad business practive, false advertisement, fraudulent activity and behavior. We will report them Shopify and have disputed our payments from PayPal. Edit: We never had a year long subscription, all their statements and numbers are complete lies ! Feel free to privately contact me if you want to see our proofs. DO NOT USE THİS APPLİCATİON ! The first month we had a positive ROAS with very low volume, this is how they tricked us into spending more with them ! This is their scamming strategy. They never made any AI Ads, Facebook or Instagram Ads. All they do is copy a Google branding campaign to retarget your existing users without adding any real value. This is how they get a good ROAS on the beggining, then they raise your budget and start charging you with no sales, be very careful with this misleading company !
You could have cancelled your account with us at any point and yet you chose to keep renewing it for a whole year and then disputed the last 3 months asking to get funds that were already wired to Google Ads on your behalf and that have gained a positive ROAS for your store. We are sorry to see you leave, and in order to keep your store's privacy, we will not disclose the real stats gained which are not as stated in your review.

StoreYa provided false and inflated ad results, causing us to lose a lot of money. Their reporting made it seem like our campaigns were performing well, but in reality, they weren’t. When we questioned them, they gave vague answers and took no responsibility. If you value transparency and real results, stay away from StoreYa!

Started off really good, got sales, lots of hits. We doubled the monthly payment, wasn't as good. Gave it a full year and it ended up not going dead three weeks before Black Friday, and there was no warning or email on this happening. Didn't find out that this happened until after, and only by checking the numbers ourselves. Emailed them, they told us our ads dried up due to low funds, advised us to double our payment. Gave it another month, literally less than 1% traffic from this time last year. Emailed to cancel, they told us that if we do our other ads (not having to do with them) would suffer. Sounds like extortion/ransom for ads. Definitely a no go.
Over the course of a year, we gained a ROAS of 5.2X for your store. We have alerted you twice before and during the high season that your funds were exhausted (Nov. 16th and 26th). Our Google Ads account was driving 25% of your store's revenue hence we recommended not to take it off to avoid harming your other efforts. This was a professional insight - not extortion.

I'm glad other people had success with StoreYa, but I wasn't one of them. - It took about two weeks for support to help me complete connecting my StoreYa to my Google account as the step by step instructions they provided were not working. - The first 2 days using the app were okay, but after Day 2 the views that the app was generating were cut down by 50%-75% depending on the day and they never bounced back up to where they were when I started. - ZERO sales were generated. I know they recommend using the app for 90 days (3 months). That would be $360 in HOPES of then generating sales if you are only using the basic plan, the other plans would be even pricier. It honestly feels like the basic plan is just used to get people into the app so they can then begin pushing the other plans on to you. Example: There's a sliding scale on the page that says if you spend x amount you can expect y amount of sales. The pricier plans may work better but the basic plan certainly isn't worth $120. I'm pretty unsatisfied with the performance and I had reached out for a refund because of this but I never received a response.
Hi Tylor, I'm sorry to hear about your experience with our app. You canceled your account within the first couple of weeks, even before your first month ended. One cannot expect to see results in such a short period of time with a store that doesn't have much data. We need to collect enough data for optimization. As you mentioned in your review the other happy clients that wrote their reviews are with us for months if not years. I see that we replied to all of your emails within the same day. We also sent you an email and will be happy to hear back from you.

My biggest mistake of 2021. This app won't make you more money, they will just POACH ATTRIBUTION from your other campaigns and make you think theirs are profitable. These guys are REALLY dishonest and won't give a clear answer when asked questions. Here's what happened. I paid for storeya for 2.5 months on the basic plan. During that time I think I got a few sales. 2.5 months in I found out that they were running ads on the NAME of my store, and these accounted for MOST of the sales. Not products or product keywords. My store's name is unique and we rank #1 on google (duh!). But above my #1 google spot, storeya was running ads poaching customers with purchase intent from my other campaigns. Here's what was happening: 1. you run influencer/cpc/whatever campaign 2. customer googles you 3. customer clicks on storeya ad running at top of Google instead of your store which is prob #1 4. they purchase 5. Storeya attributes this purchase to their advertising. I literally had 2 customer tell me this, but the attribution was to storeya. When I discovered this I asked storeya to plz stop running ads for the name of my store. they refused. Got super vague and told me their ads help me to rank better on google. I said "I'm #1 on google for my store's weird name. Why am I paying you for this!?" Save yourself $$$$$$ and AVOID.
We have spent $12 bidding on your brand name since your competitors were taking 60% of your most targeted traffic and bypassing your natural results by bidding on your brand name using Google Ads. This is a common best practice one that we run on our unique brand name as well for the same reasons.

We opted in for the PRO SUBSCRIPTION, which costed $1000!! We were very hesitant because the price was extremely expensive but we thought to give them a try because they did such a great job advertising themselves and believed they were exactly what we were looking for to help increase our online sales and take it to the next level! They promised an estimated monthly visitors of 2,000-4,000. Guess how much we only received?Only 746 visitors!! They promised an estimated monthly sales of 40-60. How much did we receive? Only 10 sales! We were actually making much more sales without their service! And the funny thing is they think this is acceptable and think they've done a great job with their automatic SMART algorithm system! We cancelled our subscription before the month even finished! They would not give me my full refund or even a substantial partial amount and were very happy to let me cancel my subscription! I've had a really bad experience and would not recommend using them at all. Honestly what a waste of money! And also the video ad you guys made with the woman swearing with a temper, it was not funny and highly offensive!
Hi Cemal, I'm sorry to hear that despite our efforts this is how you summarize your experience with our company. We support thousands of merchants that are happy with us and we do our best to help them grow online. As mentioned in our correspondence, your site is new, has no data, and a low conversion rate and for that reason, we took initiative and had our experts providing you with a free site audit to help you improve your store's shopping experience and conversion rate. We have even suggested to paused your campaigns until you execute our recommendations. We have generated your business 14 sales. If you had the industry average conversion rate, the targeted traffic we drove to your store would have converted per our estimation as publically provided on our plans and pricing table. In regards to the refund, we have refunded you with your unused funds and informed you about it a few days ago. Selling online is a long journey, the first few sales are always the hardest. I wish you all the best, Emma StoreYa Team

V bad value, V poor results, V Low quality traffic, keep saying budget exhausted, constant encouragement to upgrade, with no way to go back, overall it STINKS of rip off !
We are sorry to hear your feedback. We believe that you kept on extending your advertising budget with us for 8 months because we drove 33% of your sales. We encourage you to use our free Benchmark Hero app in order to improve your store's conversion rate. If you need any further assistance feel free to reach out at [email protected]

This app is extremely deceiving. We started using the app in the middle of June and chose the second tier which estimates around 14-20 monthly sales. The first month with the app went great. However, the second month has not shown to be successful at all! So far this month the app has NOT brought any new traffic to our site and no sales and we paid $500 this month, since last month went so well. Another thing that is so deceiving is the weekly emails this app sends to get you to spend more money and keep using the app. Each week this app sends you an email summarizing "your week" but it actually is showing what you're sales/traffic has been since using the app. This weekly email is extremely deceiving and makes it seem like the app is bringing in sales and traffic but it is not.
Hi Amy, We are sorry to hear you are frustrated with our app. The first month was successful and in the 2nd month, we spent only 28% of the budget so far. I'll elaborate a bit more below. Regarding the number of visitors we've driven, we are in a stage of optimization that we are looking for what works best for you and do not want to waste the marketing budget on traffic that is not the highest of quality. Since your last payment, we have decreased the daily spend and so far from your last payment, we have only spent 28% of your marketing budget. We share the same goal of growing your business. When you generate more sales, we get to keep you happy for a longer period of time. Our business is built upon happy customers who use us for years. For this reason, we are optimizing your campaigns towards sales, even if that results in us driving less traffic for a couple of weeks until we learn what works best. Reviewing your store's performance we see that it is has a low conversion rate, we recommend on our free site audit offered by our Benchmark Hero app which will pinpoint where there is room for improvement. In the weekly email, we provide the total sales and traffic since sign up and the updated amount each week with the plus sign (similar to Google's reports). I'll be happy to further assist. Feel free to contact us at [email protected]

ZERO transparency on the key words used, can't see the ads published and they stopped showing my ads mid-month because they said that it was 'too expensive to target my key words and service would resume when next billing cycle starts' Oh..and it didn't generate a single sale. This was a complete and total waste of time and money for me.

Hi David, Thank you for sending your feedback. On Jan. 20th, you have paid us $335. In return we have set up a Google Ads account and drove targeted traffic with a high 2.74% click-through rate worth $343 - we spent more than you paid us. Your niche was indeed more expensive than avg. ($0.83 cost per click in comparison to the avg. $0.50). Your store has a relatively low conversion rate in comparison to the eCommerce standard average of 2%. We use dynamic search terms which change the keywords all the time, we also use Google Shopping and Dynamic remarketing which don't use keywords at all. Preview of the ads is shown in the edit settings section of the app. Selling online is a challenging journey, it's our passion to help small business owners like yourself to grow their businesses. If you need any further assistance, feel free to contact us at [email protected] we'll be happy to further assist!

Blocked me out of my account, charged without permission and refused to provide me account access. Performance was ok but this is a VERY bad ending and has left a sour taste in my mouth. Would NOT recommend after such a terrible experience at the end-simply cannot trust them anymore which is an essential when it comes to finances and your site

1. The traffic that I see from my Storeya dashboard is inaccurate. It did not match the Shopify and Google analytics traffic. I emailed Storeya and they told me they see no issues. 2. When I click on the Storeya app link from within Shopify using a safari browser. I get a warning message saying the connection is not private and that there is a problem with Storeya’s certificate. Storeya tells me they see no issues on their end. 3. My monthly budget in TWO weeks. For the next two weeks I would have no traffic from Storeya. I have new products throughout the month that would benefit from a relatively even distribution of traffic. 4. Storeya’s dashboard is inadequate. I need a lot more feedback in terms of keywords to see what is actually bringing the traffic to my site. I used Google Analytics as best I could but I still do not have the kind of data I would be comfortable with.

does not work. claimed that i saw thousands of visitors and earned thousands of dollars. that was not true.
