Traffic Booster has been instrumental in enhancing our marketing efforts. They allowed us to boost our Google and Facebook ad campaigns. The customer service provided by the team has been outstanding, offering valuable guidance and prompt support. We highly recommend this app for reliable marketing support and great customer service.
I love the customer service they have, highly recommended and the app works very well too. I will always keep them to help with more sales.
Love it !!!!!!!!!!! Customer support department is amazing. Highly recommend. This app. is perfect.
We have been working together for three months now, and the sales are showing promising results. We are excited to see what the future holds for us.
Started our first month with 12X ROAS!! So far SOOOOO GOOD!!! Link your GA account and start seeing results!
Started strong. But then my ad dollars were exhausted and I had no idea? Perhaps there could be a feature rolled out with an alert? For 4 days I saw my sales plummet. My account Manager Berk Barokas has now fixed the problem and is helping my business grow. Thank you for jumping in to help.
We have been very happy with StoreYa, they have been very helpful and are prompt in responding to any questions we have. As a small business they have really helped us grow our sales.
They recommend your store be at least 3 months old so it has data and you give them 3 months for their AI to optimise your ads. I fulfilled both those criteria's and whilst the app got me sales it underperformed my expectation. I spent $1500 dollars over 3 months to make to make $850 which roughly translates to 0.5 ROAS with a 1.8% conversion rate. They really need to work on their communications too, once they respond they are great but it takes 2 to 3 days for a reply. Thankfully I never had an urgent question but if I did, I'd be very annoyed. Ignore the reviews made by stores who have used the app less than 3 months and focus on those who've use the app 3 months or longer to make your final judgement.
Thank you for your review and for sharing your experience with our app. We apologize for any communication issues you may have experienced and for not meeting your expectations in terms of results. We would like to provide some context that may help to better understand the performance of our app. As you mentioned, we recommend giving our app at least 3 months to optimize your ads and gather sufficient data. In your case, the ROAS in the first month was low, but it increased in the second month and became positive in the third month. We also drove the majority of the store's sales in the third month. We understand that you may have hoped for a higher ROAS, but considering the fact that the store didn't have plenty of data to work with, the positive direction of ROAS was the best that could have been achieved within this time frame considering the store's competitiveness of your industry, overall conversion rate, product listings, pricing and the behavior of its target audience. We would be happy to work with you to try to further improve your results.
The results from using traffic boost have been great, and it is so easy to use. I would highly recomend it.
Started off really good, got sales, lots of hits. We doubled the monthly payment, wasn't as good. Gave it a full year and it ended up not going dead three weeks before Black Friday, and there was no warning or email on this happening. Didn't find out that this happened until after, and only by checking the numbers ourselves. Emailed them, they told us our ads dried up due to low funds, advised us to double our payment. Gave it another month, literally less than 1% traffic from this time last year. Emailed to cancel, they told us that if we do our other ads (not having to do with them) would suffer. Sounds like extortion/ransom for ads. Definitely a no go.
Over the course of a year, we gained a ROAS of 5.2X for your store. We have alerted you twice before and during the high season that your funds were exhausted (Nov. 16th and 26th). Our Google Ads account was driving 25% of your store's revenue hence we recommended not to take it off to avoid harming your other efforts. This was a professional insight - not extortion.
Since using Storeya we're averaging about an 8x roas on Google. The customer support has been exceptional.
We've been using StoreYa to run our facebook and Google Ads for about 3 months now. I would give it a 4.5 stare but the option is only either 4 or 5 and so far, they do not deserve a 5 star but they're definitely close. I will do a breakdown base of our 3 month experience with them so far. FACEBOOK ADS. The facebook ad is the reason why they don't have a perfect 5 start. If we were using them solely for google Ad's they would get a perfect 5 star (so far). The reason they lose a star is because the facebook ad's they're running is not performing well. Now I know that ad's do not perform miracles and that there are A LOT of different variables that can affect it's effectiveness such as the design of your website but we know this is not the case because when we first started with StoreYA, we only ran facebook Ads and they were generating great ROAS, specially on our retargeting Ads. But after we were recommended to increase our ad budget, our ROAS has dramatically degreased by more than half. Our retargeting Ad ROAS went from 12 in august to 4.5 in September with our higher budget. I've talked to Emma regarding this issue after she recommended we increase our Google ads in which she responded it should get better after it starts working together with the google ads. We will wait another month or two and if it does not get better, we might just stop using them for our Facebook Ads and only stick with google Ads which is what they're really good at. GOOGLE ADs. StoreYa does a GREAT job running google Ads. Although our google Ads have dropped in ROAS from 20 in August to 14.5 in September, it is still well above the ROAS we use to get from running our own Ads. As mentioned above, If we were using StoreYa solely for Google Ads, they would have gotten a 5 star review. If you're going to use them for facebook ads as well, For now, we recommend you stay at a low budget since they seem to generate better ROAS as lower budget. If our ROAS does not improve soon with our new higher budget which was recommended by them, we will end up going back to our lower budget and transfer that to Google Ads instead.
A someone who is a bit removed from the analytical understanding of ads, this app has been great—it's hands off and is meeting our goals of increasing revenue. Working with the appointed account manager has also been a breeze. Team is thoughtful and very responsive. We are on month 2 and will see how things continue to evolve, but so far great!
We've used StoreYa for years to manage our ad campaigns on Google and Facebook/Instagram and have been very happy with the results. After an initial ramp-up period, their system finds a consistent groove to send the right traffic to our site. The whole automation process of StoreYa has allowed us to work on other parts of our marketing that require less monitoring- and most importantly give us time to work on parts of our business OTHER than marketing. Very important to mention, that StoreYa's customer service is solid and responsive. When we've had questions, even over weekends, they've written back with clear and helpful answers. We recommend StoreYa to both small and growing businesses.
We use Storeya for our Google Ads. So far, we are very happy with the performance, as it complements our other paid media via Facebook & Instagram. Great for small brands starting out who don't have time to run their own google ads, or pay high fees for agencies. We have consistently got 3-4X ROAS through the platform since partnering in Q3 2021.
We are using this app to help increase direct sales to our website as another of our sales channels tends to grab most of them. So far in the first month we have seen a 24% increase in sales and a 36% increase in revenue. We are very encouraged by the numbers and expect more growth to come in the next couple of months. At a minimum we are looking to at least break even with our ROA but definitely expect to see more than that.
We are very pleased with the performance of StoreYa. We're also happy that we were not asked to review the service until we had a chance to really experience the results. We have been running our store for 10 years and have a lot of experience with advertising using both paid, and inexpensive or cost free methods. To have the added support of the StoreYa ads for facebook and google has been tremendous. Our ROAS is great (currently over 29 on google search with an overall ROAS of 9.8 combined) The StoreYa service is probably not going to give smaller start up stores as much bang for their buck at first if they don't have the analytics to let the AI optimize for them, but over time, it is a safe bet, I think, and with a modest budget it can be incorporated successfully into most online store's marketing and advertising strategies with great success. Just remember to be PATIENT if you have a newer store, but if you are established and have a strong list and a decent presence on social media and google, this can really round out your advertising relatively quickly. We're still ramping up the ROAS with Facebook acquisition and retargeting. The support from our account manager, Berk has been positive, helpful, and prompt. We have hired services in the past, and I can tell you that 10 years ago, when we started, there was nothing like this out there, and think it is has had a really positive and profitable impact for us. And yes, we have "wasted" tons of money on ad service providers in the past and have had more than our fair share of bad experiences. StoreYa has absolutely delivered on the promises of helping optimize advertising efforts on Google and Facebook. Highly Recommended.
We have been StoreYa for almost 1.5 years and we're getting an 8x overall ROAS. We are very happy with the results & they have a great support. I recommend you to give them a try.
We've been StoreYa services for the past 8 months and seeing a whopping 5x-7x ROAS! Amazing results, easy to implement, highly recommend.
I'm glad other people had success with StoreYa, but I wasn't one of them. - It took about two weeks for support to help me complete connecting my StoreYa to my Google account as the step by step instructions they provided were not working. - The first 2 days using the app were okay, but after Day 2 the views that the app was generating were cut down by 50%-75% depending on the day and they never bounced back up to where they were when I started. - ZERO sales were generated. I know they recommend using the app for 90 days (3 months). That would be $360 in HOPES of then generating sales if you are only using the basic plan, the other plans would be even pricier. It honestly feels like the basic plan is just used to get people into the app so they can then begin pushing the other plans on to you. Example: There's a sliding scale on the page that says if you spend x amount you can expect y amount of sales. The pricier plans may work better but the basic plan certainly isn't worth $120. I'm pretty unsatisfied with the performance and I had reached out for a refund because of this but I never received a response.
Hi Tylor, I'm sorry to hear about your experience with our app. You canceled your account within the first couple of weeks, even before your first month ended. One cannot expect to see results in such a short period of time with a store that doesn't have much data. We need to collect enough data for optimization. As you mentioned in your review the other happy clients that wrote their reviews are with us for months if not years. I see that we replied to all of your emails within the same day. We also sent you an email and will be happy to hear back from you.
