WOW! They shocked me with how informative and effective these ads have been. They can incorporate their cost into the ad spend, giving us a 5-6x return. They actively stay busy month to month with budget requests and ideas for how to improve your ads as well. I highly suggest them and feel I have the secret for unique ads that convert crazy well.

A someone who is a bit removed from the analytical understanding of ads, this app has been great—it's hands off and is meeting our goals of increasing revenue. Working with the appointed account manager has also been a breeze. Team is thoughtful and very responsive. We are on month 2 and will see how things continue to evolve, but so far great!

We've used StoreYa for years to manage our ad campaigns on Google and Facebook/Instagram and have been very happy with the results. After an initial ramp-up period, their system finds a consistent groove to send the right traffic to our site. The whole automation process of StoreYa has allowed us to work on other parts of our marketing that require less monitoring- and most importantly give us time to work on parts of our business OTHER than marketing. Very important to mention, that StoreYa's customer service is solid and responsive. When we've had questions, even over weekends, they've written back with clear and helpful answers. We recommend StoreYa to both small and growing businesses.

We use Storeya for our Google Ads. So far, we are very happy with the performance, as it complements our other paid media via Facebook & Instagram. Great for small brands starting out who don't have time to run their own google ads, or pay high fees for agencies. We have consistently got 3-4X ROAS through the platform since partnering in Q3 2021.

It's a really helpful app, for those who are super busy optimizing their own google ads account, They create google ads from their google ads account, so the price included Ads cost which you can change with StoreYa support according to your financial situation. They have reached 4.2x ROAS this Month.

We are using this app to help increase direct sales to our website as another of our sales channels tends to grab most of them. So far in the first month we have seen a 24% increase in sales and a 36% increase in revenue. We are very encouraged by the numbers and expect more growth to come in the next couple of months. At a minimum we are looking to at least break even with our ROA but definitely expect to see more than that.

We are very pleased with the performance of StoreYa. We're also happy that we were not asked to review the service until we had a chance to really experience the results. We have been running our store for 10 years and have a lot of experience with advertising using both paid, and inexpensive or cost free methods. To have the added support of the StoreYa ads for facebook and google has been tremendous. Our ROAS is great (currently over 29 on google search with an overall ROAS of 9.8 combined) The StoreYa service is probably not going to give smaller start up stores as much bang for their buck at first if they don't have the analytics to let the AI optimize for them, but over time, it is a safe bet, I think, and with a modest budget it can be incorporated successfully into most online store's marketing and advertising strategies with great success. Just remember to be PATIENT if you have a newer store, but if you are established and have a strong list and a decent presence on social media and google, this can really round out your advertising relatively quickly. We're still ramping up the ROAS with Facebook acquisition and retargeting. The support from our account manager, Berk has been positive, helpful, and prompt. We have hired services in the past, and I can tell you that 10 years ago, when we started, there was nothing like this out there, and think it is has had a really positive and profitable impact for us. And yes, we have "wasted" tons of money on ad service providers in the past and have had more than our fair share of bad experiences. StoreYa has absolutely delivered on the promises of helping optimize advertising efforts on Google and Facebook. Highly Recommended.

I used this app to help me increase revenue and sales. It worked like a charm! 5.5X ROAS in the 1st month of using Traffic Booster! They assigned me an account manager who keeps me updated with follow-ups. I hired many advertisers in the past, and I did the advertising myself. I never reached the current performance in such a short period of time. I highly recommend this app. Every shopify store owner deserves to know about this app!

I'm glad other people had success with StoreYa, but I wasn't one of them. - It took about two weeks for support to help me complete connecting my StoreYa to my Google account as the step by step instructions they provided were not working. - The first 2 days using the app were okay, but after Day 2 the views that the app was generating were cut down by 50%-75% depending on the day and they never bounced back up to where they were when I started. - ZERO sales were generated. I know they recommend using the app for 90 days (3 months). That would be $360 in HOPES of then generating sales if you are only using the basic plan, the other plans would be even pricier. It honestly feels like the basic plan is just used to get people into the app so they can then begin pushing the other plans on to you. Example: There's a sliding scale on the page that says if you spend x amount you can expect y amount of sales. The pricier plans may work better but the basic plan certainly isn't worth $120. I'm pretty unsatisfied with the performance and I had reached out for a refund because of this but I never received a response.
Hi Tylor, I'm sorry to hear about your experience with our app. You canceled your account within the first couple of weeks, even before your first month ended. One cannot expect to see results in such a short period of time with a store that doesn't have much data. We need to collect enough data for optimization. As you mentioned in your review the other happy clients that wrote their reviews are with us for months if not years. I see that we replied to all of your emails within the same day. We also sent you an email and will be happy to hear back from you.

Have been using storeya for about 3 years and love it! I've seen great results without having to learn ads myself. Their team is always very responsive whenever I need to increase or decrease my budget.

So far we have been pleased with the results. We started with the lowest plan and made a little money over our spend and then upgraded, which has gone well and are now on the 3rd tier. Thus far each month has made more than we spent, and 2 months have tripled the spend. We are in the positive with our ROAS and happy with the traffic and orders being driven to the site. While it would be nice to have every month triple and quadruple the spend that isn't realistic (in our experience) but we have yet to make less than the spend. And we are happy to now be able to market to our new customers through email while continuing to get new traffic to the site. For us, it's been a great hands off experience. Emma checks in often to make sure we are pleased with the results.

Amazing app. We had a dedicated account manager before but now storeya has fully taken over our adwords account saving us heaps of money and generating us more leads then before.

Storeya is a great app, especially their Traffic Booster for Google Ads. Reliable and brings effects. Also, their customer service is superb. Best way to go if you're looking for automation for Google Ads.

Been running StoreYa for a few months now and so far have been really pleased. We are an established brand that's been around for 6 years so that may help with things, but they have consistently been getting a better ROAS than we have been able to get. The only thing is that I wish I had better visual into the campaigns they are running and what the ROAS is on brand campaigns versus shopping, etc. But, when I email them and ask for this data, they do provide it.

We were a little bit skeptical at first so we started with a very basic plan. However, early on we saw great returns with ROAS above 15X. Then we started spending more gradually. After nearly 6 months we are very excited and ready to go with full investment. We also appreciate the support and feedback from Berk Barokas, our account manager, who has guided and advised us from the very beginning.

I was skeptical at first. It sounded too good to be true. I even almost canceled before giving it enough time. SO glad I did not! My sales were up 132% over the previous period last year, and they're not slowing down. Since using the Traffic Booster, I have achieved 5.2x ROAS during the previous nine months. Try it and watch the clicks add up!
