Joffzart® review for Hextom AI Translate & Currency

Be very careful before using this app for free or paid plan (No Matter what) I upgraded my plan because I urgently needed more translation capacity. After paying, I found out that the new plan's credits would not be available until the next billing cycle. This was not clearly communicated before the purchase. Support did not provide a practical solution. They simply told me to buy even more credits or wait until next month, even though I had already paid for a new subscription. This is a very poor customer experience. I use Hextom across multiple Shopify stores, and unless this issue is resolved, I will be moving to another translation app. I cannot recommend this app based on my experience.
