I am sorry to give only 1 star, but I really had bad experience with is App and also from the support team. The App translated our brand name to NOT or NON into different language, when I contacted the support team, they sent me the same mistake from screen cut of Google translater, BUT when I check with Google translater, there is no any mistake. Of course, I aked further, unfortunately I got always auto reples as below: Your request (94xxx) has been updated. To add additional comments, reply to this email. I have to unload this APP!
Hello, We apologize for the inconvenience. The incorrect translation was due to the "Basic Translation" feature used in your store. This issue won’t occur with our "Advanced Translation" feature. You are more than welcome to try our app and the "Advanced Translation" features, powered by OpenAI ChatGPT-4, which offers much better translation quality. We've sent a few emails but haven't received a response. Could you please check your inbox and spam folder when you have a moment? We look forward to assisting you further.
Merci pour les 2 langues extra, c'es très pratique !
This app is a game-changer for my Shopify store. It's easy to use, provides accurate translations, and integrates seamlessly with my site. Perfect for reaching international customers. Highly recommend!
非常方便的app，有任何問題，客服人員也都第一時間幫忙處理，態度非常客氣，5顆星推薦
It's incredible how much you can get here for free and how professionally you can integrate the languages. You can even select the Shopify theme, and it integrates perfectly into the announcement bar, where the social media links are also located. Then just adjust the colors and hide the theme's own language selection, and ta-da... you have additional languages to choose from. A great added value for our customers. Simply brilliant! Now we are of course also looking at the other apps from Hextom and are excited to see what they offer. Keep it up! *****.
