This app is fantastic - depending on the number of languages you need the cost is very reasonable and the ability to divide up the translations tasks is great as is the glossary functionality for brand names etc. The free plan allows you to test the app before committing to a plan too. Also their support so far has been very fast and professional - no complaints and highly recommended!

Fantastic app and team - did the job well, when I needed support (for one-off extra words and then again for theme integration) they responded quickly and competently. I'm excited that it integrates with the new core Shopify functionality and am looking forward to the benefits to my overseas customers!

Nice. but want these features: 1. More efficient manual translation (popup disrupts flow) 2. auto-translate puts & when & is used in product text when autotranslating

I just downloaded the app to test it . First approach looks easy and it integrates perfectly with my theme without extra coding . Will evaluate further and come back to rate it . I am updating my comment . Customer help desk is super fast and efficient , easy and intuitive to use and the real cherry on the cake is that it allows you to sent customer notifications in different languages based on the language selector of your theme without needing to mess-up with the notification templates . very happy withe the app. I confirm again . really satisfied with the team help and support .

We've used a few translation apps in the past and so far, Translate My Store has been the best of the bunch. The automated translation is good enough to start with and then you can manually get into the details and modify manually. This is a LOT better than dealing with the fully automated translation apps. I really like that you can export the translations and edit them in Excel and then re-import them. The support is also top-notch. We didn't need much help but when Shopify updated their language domain redirect we got confused and the team at Hextom helped us fix the problem in less than 1h. Do yourself a favor and install a good translation app like Translate My Store.

Great app, and the team is super wonderful, i had many issues with the design and some with the coding, they helped me all the way through. If you don't want to pay, the free version with the manual translation is great to use too!

It looks good, it is easy to use and the most important thing is the customer service. Man, they are fast when it comes down to solving an issue. If you need a translation app....use this one. Highly recommended.
