UPDATE: Problem was due to issues with our shop email, and once we wrote from a different email address they got in touch immediately, helping us out. Lovely app and lovely support, thanks Karen! I have encoutered some issues and asked for support, but had no anwer yet (more than a week since the first email). Issues encountered in brief: - I tried to manually translate some key words that were used as fiter tags in the collection page. After translating, the filter options on my collection page had totally disappeared. I had to cancel the translation of these key words and keep them in english in order to have them. - I tried to manually translate some automated emails (abandonded cart), I followed the itructios and made some minor changes to the original text in order for the app to recall it, but yet app couldn't find the automated email for me to translate, both with automatic and manual research. We are almost ready to launch, and this lack of support by the app's designers caused us to have a big delay, and forced us to look for a different app. Still waiting for answers. If designers could use some help within today, I may still find "accetable" and give it more stars.

Exceptional app! Helped me translate the whole website so quickly. The "bulk manual" option really speeds things up. Also, the support is incredible (thanks Karen!!), very usefull, and they really help if there's any problem. The main dashboard gives is very handy, you can know in seconds if there's anything to be done. Best translation app! (and I've tried some of them). 5 stars well deserved!

The app works great. i mainly used the manual translation tool. And it does what its supposed to do. I rated only 4 stars because the program could´t find 2 text element that need to be translated.

Support is great ! Manual translation is easy to use and I got the pages up and running quickly for traditional chinese. I like the html editor which helps to maintain the custom codes I've used to built my site.

Very convenient translation tool. I really like how TMS offers tailored and accurate translation services, both paid and for free. Additionally, their helpdesk is very knowledgeable and willing to help in direct contact with the developers. It's a pity, that Shopify is not supporting all language options despite TMS's ability to incorporate this. We ran into this problem with a new language add-on, Flemish.

I love this app. It works very easy and the free plan gives you everything you need. Due to the fact that I need a lot of words to be translated, I think I will buy a plan. Because this app really satisfies me. This is how it should be done: Great Service, then offer a paid plan - not the other way around.

Great support and app. Limitations due to the setup at Shopify end so custom menus, and apps etc are not translated..

I switched from Squarespace because of their lack of translation options and into Shopify and went on a daring search of a translation app. I tried a few and must say that TMS is the only one that worked for us. And their support is just lighting fast with even the smallest question.
