Customer service is excellent. We have more than 3000 items, but we were able to import all translations within a few days! AMAZINGLY organized. Really recommend this over the other expensive monthly paid ones. I have used Weglot and Langify, and so far my experience with TMS is the best.

I use this app and I like the feature to export and import .csv files! It helped our team on uploading our professional translations, and save time.

I use this app on my site www.alimentomo.com where we sell cricket's protein in Canada so we need a French/English bilingual website. I must say the APP works quite well! Hextom team is helpful and available when needed and replies promptly. A++

I was looking for a free app that would allow me to translate my site easily and completely. I couldn't/wouldn't afford a monthly fee, as is usual for the more popular translation apps. I was about to give up - and then I found this app. Easy to use and powerful in functionality! Many, many thanks dear developer team! :) By the way: great support, as well!

Very easy to use, and great tutorial in the Apps. Just have to read the guide and everything go smoothly. The team has quick respond after I send email which I had the issue of the code. They really does great job for fixing the issue (Less than a few hours!). With the free plan, the functions are definitely enough for small / medium online store. Once the store contains more items and pages, you may want to upgrade the plan for more service. (Much more worth than other apps which charge $20+/month.)

I used the free version of this app to translate my store. I asked the support team for help to put the language selector in my header since I couldn't do it with my theme. Support was helpful and quick and found a solution for me! I also like the manual translations option. I recommend this app.

Super easy to use app! Developers and quick to respond and fix issues (which is such a relief). I like that there is an automatic way to translate but also a manual way. I wish there was a $20-30 month plan instead of jumping from $10 to $100 but I can get enough done with just $10.

TRANSLATION ERROR IN THE BANNER ALL THE TIME! A TRANSLATION FROM LAST MONTH ABOUT AN ALREADY PAST PROMOTION SUDDENLY APPEARS IN THE TOP BANNER Of all the opinions that I have been able to provide about applications, this is going to be the first about the poor Customer Service... I explain to him that I have some "hreflang" and canonical errors that I can't solve, I show him a screenshot ... and the person from Hextom just tells me, I literally quote her message: "I believe this should be removed. The canonical is not needed if you have reflang" And it is over! nor how I do it, nor that they are going to do it ... the minimum effort and the worst thing is that she says "I believe is ..." sorry? tell me something that you are sure of! that for that you are the technical support of the application! That only prolongs the messages because I will have to respond: "and how do I delete it?" Can you confirm with someone on your team that this is really what needs to be removed and how? We have already done many manual translations and wanted to know if it worked well before to update the payment plan, but the truth ... I do not know what to do.

After testing 5 other apps on the Shopify store I was delighted to find TMS. It works exactly as I wanted with a really user friendly and intuitive interface and I could start as soon as I downloaded it without much need for instruction. I had one small hiccup and wrote to customer service and they came back immediately, not only did they provide the solution, but they also went into my store and did the work on one of my pages to show me how to do it on the others. I would wholeheartedly recommend this app for translations.
