Absolutely unacceptable. This app wiped out ALL my manual translations. I am beyond angry. This app completely destroyed days of professional, manually written translations without any warning or consent. After granting translation permissions, it automatically overwrote every single manual translation I had carefully created in Shopify Translate & Adapt. This happened right after I contacted support because core languages (Dutch and German, my MAIN website languages) were missing from the language picker. Once they “fixed” that, the app decided to retranslate everything from scratch, ignoring all existing manual content. The result is catastrophic: • Incorrect translations • Unnatural language • Brand-damaging terminology • Product and ingredient names that no native speaker would ever use This is not a small bug. This is a fundamental, dangerous flaw. Any translation app should respect and protect manual translations by default. Overwriting them automatically is reckless and shows zero understanding of how real businesses operate. If you value your brand, your SEO, or your time: DO NOT install this app without a full backup. One action can erase days of work instantly. Completely unacceptable!!!!!
