Excellent Customer Service, meet all the needs I want~
The tech is good but the actual translations are bad. And this is just for French, never mind other languages.

I’m sorry to hear that the translations haven’t met your expectations, and I understand how important accurate and natural translations are for your store. Transtore’s standard Auto Translation uses the Google Translate API. Translation quality can vary depending on the content and context, especially for product descriptions and brand-specific terminology. If you’d like to try a different translation option, Transtore also supports AI translation with GPT and DeepSeek, which may provide more natural and context-aware results. You can select one of these options in the app’s translation settings. Please note that AI-generated translations may still require some review to ensure they match your brand’s tone and terminology.
