I have not used it yet, but my hope is that this app will address my language-related issues so that more customers have access to the store.

easy to use app....still trying to work out if it's a user error os an app error why the translations aren't coming through

Unfortunately, we are unable to synchronize the translated product titles into French/German to Google GMC

Our app translates storefront content dynamically without saving the translated content directly into Shopify’s database. This approach helps merchants save time managing translations and avoids the need to manually find and replace problematic translated content. However, one side effect of this method is that there is no stored translated content available to sync directly with external feeds such as Google GMC, Facebook, Bing, Pinterest, etc. To generate translated content for your feed, you can use our Edit Translation feature to manually create and manage translated content for your products and other important resources directly within the app. Once saved, this content will sync to Shopify and can then be uploaded to your Google GMC or other marketing feeds accordingly. Alternatively, you may also use Shopify’s Translate & Adapt app alongside our app to create and sync translated content directly to platforms such as Google, Facebook, Bing, Pinterest, and more. the geolocation is not working for me

Seems ok, but i get error saying store admin key is invalid.

Geolocation! I need clarification on using your app... but for full use, I need to write a review to get it working?

The toggle to switch on currencies is a bit delayed and was confusing. I wasn't entirely sure if it had gone through so clicked again which ended up turning it off

Seems alright so far. I wish there was an option to translate specific words.. Also to get more options, I have to write a review... Will update more later.

We have to rate this app in order to become a loyalty member to then get access to the geolocate feature which we need. So can't give an review until we have left this review and tested it

So far so good. Most of features require premium, and some loyalty memberships. But it provides translation, currency conversion and geolocation. So cool. BUT you cannot modify exclude any specific word. Also customer service is not polite.

How is Transtore supposed to work? I just add an language, click the translate button and within 5 Seconds it says translated. Can't be that fast to translate the entire site. What exactly does it translate? I was able to add 20 languages I have translated in another app Langshop. Maybe that's why it went so fast. So I tried to add couple languages that were not already translated but it made no difference. However I can only publish two. How can I publish more? How can I see what languages or what all within the store has been translated? All these reviews seem false and that they talk about excellent customer service but when I go to the help documents they are empty. The whole app seems like just maybe an idea and nothing functional?
Hi Inclusive Inc store admin, I’m sorry for any confusion caused, and I’d like to clarify how Transtore works, as it may be different from apps like Langshop. Transtore translates your storefront dynamically using a script embedded into your theme, instead of storing translated content directly in Shopify. That’s why the translation can complete within seconds, even for an entire store. However, the app now also allows you to review, edit, and manage translations directly within the app dashboard. Many merchants prefer this method because it saves time and avoids manually managing translations, while still providing good translation quality. One limitation is that when customers switch languages, there may be a slight delay before the translated content fully appears on the storefront. Regarding publishing languages, the app currently allows adding up to 20 target languages, but depending on the plan, only 2 languages can be published at the same time.
