Your AI has no idea about the Italian language; the translation it's doing automatically is almost laughable if you're a native Italian. Fix it immediately, otherwise you'll look terrible.

That said, translation quality is something we take very seriously, and our team has continuously improved the app to provide more advanced and flexible translation options for merchants who require higher-quality localization. For better and more natural translations, the app also supports OpenAI GPT-powered translation, which usually delivers significantly more fluent, context-aware, and human-like results compared to standard machine translation. This option is especially helpful for European languages where tone, wording, and phrasing are very important for native readers. In addition, the app includes a Glossary feature that allows you to customize preferred wording, brand terminology, and specific phrases. This helps ensure translations remain more consistent, professional, and aligned with your brand voice across the store. We genuinely regret that your initial experience left a negative impression of the app. However, we truly believe the translation quality can be greatly improved with the proper configuration and translation method. Scammy advertising. Listed as a free app but only allows 1 language for free. Once the app is installed, you need to register in an "exclusive loyalty program" that is just a trial version. The paid version uses old language models and is 15$ a month, more than competitors. Impressive refinement in scamming. Do not buy.

Good experience with easy-to-follow steps.
I had an amazing experience with Transtore. We needed a few custom translation fixes on our slide-out cart drawer—specifically updating our main checkout button to the correct French phrasing ('Passer la commande') and syncing up the backend. Chloe from the support team was incredibly fast, professional, and efficient. She gained collaborator access and had everything working perfectly on our end in no time. The app itself is fantastic, but the speed and quality of their customer service is what truly sets them apart. Highly recommended!
