Triple Whale has served as a source of truth for multi touch attribution across our paid and organic marketing efforts. We use the Moby feature to quickly get answers to anything from new customer acquisition insights to discovering actionable data trends! The ability to seamlessly view data in various attribution models and lookback windows helps tell a better story for how our marketing efforts play a role in customer journey. The Customer Success Team is responsive, keeps us informed with product updates, and checks-in with us regularly for possible product optimizations.

An absolutely essential platform for seamless access to marketing metrics, customer cohort data, and attribution. If you have a small team, Triple Whale can do the job of several analysts for a tiny fraction of the price. Easily our team’s most used tool, and we don’t know what we’d do without it!

This was one of the first apps I used. We're just a small business but I use this to report on my main stats. Definitely super helpful in tracking profitability. Hoping we can grow enough soon to start upgrading plans and figuring out better metrics so we can actually scale our business.

By far my most used Shopify Application. The new Moby feature is great already despite being new. It's still got a few small bugs, but overall, it's probably the best feature I've seen for finding custom data I can't get on any other platform. Custom reports are great for tracking key metrics are fantastic. Sonar was a huge game changer for our international ads as well. All around, this is an absolute key app for any business doing over $50k/month. If you're under that, I'd still get setup on the free plan to get started.

Triple Whale has been great for our company! Keeping track of ad spends across many different platforms is a breeze. I love how I can customize my dashboard to view whichever key metrics I prefer. Also, taking a deep dive into my data is super easy, very happy with it so far!

TripleWhale is a game-changer if you're serious about scaling your business. Having used the app, I can say that it’s an essential tool for any eCommerce store owner. The Facebook dashboard alone doesn’t cut it. TripleWhale fills in the gaps with precise, actionable data that’s crucial for hitting your targets.

App is great. I like the variety of attribution models. What really sold me is the customer service from my account rep. He was eager to help, asked me to set up a follow up meeting, recorded everything so I can reference later and was efficient. That, to me, is worth the price.

We have absolutely loved switching over to Triple whale this past year! It has been so helpful in our weekly reporting, and the constant influx of new and improves features is unmatched! They are constantly improving, and are a great source of truth for us. We use triple whale to scale and analyze a lot of our spend within our ad accounts, and have loved incorporating it into our daily performance review!

TripleWhale is a great service for paid media attribution, but the recent addition of Amazon data has made it even more valuable for us. We now have a true Business Intelligence dashboard integrating all our e-commerce sales and paid media channels with relevant metrics for decision making. For $200 a month, nothing else comes close. It's great to see that they are continually improving the app with more and more features. Thanks guys!

The most important app to have if you're serious about scaling is definitely TripleWhale. The Facebook dashboard will only get you so far, and if you're aiming to crush your goals, you know that data is key. The exact data you've been craving is all at TripleWhale. You won't regret a single penny spent on it, and the best part is, if you ever need help with setup, technical issues, or anything in general, their customer service team is super helpful. You'll also get your own success manager — for us, it's Jenna, and she's incredibly responsive and helpful with our requests!
