There are only a handful of apps that we use and this one is special. Triple Whale allows me to see my spend vs revenue across all marketing platforms from Amazon to Meta to Google and more... its so helpful to understand the business on an hour to hour basis because if ads are not running you will know pretty quickly that there is an issue and a quick check of the app every few hours keeps me in the loop. Other apps we recommends are Finaloop ( replaces accountant fees completely) and pretty Damn Quick (checkout) and our favorite is LABL (shipping insurance) but they give you a % of revenue) which is MUCH better than Route in every way. After testing the tool for a few weeks, we can definitely see how it can add value to a business. -Consolidate information from multiple sources -Understand customer traffic and purchases -Cross validate on platform metrics versus several attribution models -Gain confidence in budget allocation -Analyse ROI on various initiatives plus much more additional functionality, such as automated reporting, custom metrics, anomaly detection, OOS updates, cohort analysis. It is worth noting that setting up was pretty straight forward, and the CS team is always happy to help. While confident in my current appraisal, I mean to revise this review once I've had time to action on the insights that the tool is already providing us with.

TW has been a game changer as far as visibility into paid performance for Swoveralls. We've only scratched the surface of what it can do, but it's ease of use and the helpful support behind the tool has helped level up our marketing game.

Admittedly, it can seem overwhelming at first glance, but rest assured, everything is designed to be beneficial and user-friendly. One valuable piece of advice: schedule an onboarding appointment. Their team is incredibly knowledgeable, and they have a knack for explaining things in simple, human terms. Triple Whale has been fundamental for us in better understanding the true performance and attribution of our advertising campaigns. We now have clearer insight into where to optimize our ad budgets and know which creative is winning as well as which ones are under performing. Not only has this allowed us to generate more sales, but it has also enabled us to be more profitable by making better decisions in our accounts!

Triplewhale provides an excellent dashboard that lets me review the ROI of all eCommerce ads and ways for me to enter my site budget to track my store's profit. Rather than simply believing what my vendors say about the effectiveness of their ads, TripleWhale provides a new perspective for me to assess if my ad vendors are generating the desired results. Everyone I worked with Triplewhale was great, especially, Renee Scrybalo, who was patient and answered my questions promptly.

Big fan of TripleWhale, it is the basis for our media attribution, and the analytics/reporting capability makes understanding our performance related metrics simple. We couldn't operate (as efficiently) without it. Highly recommend.

While we love analysing endless spreadsheets and data, each marketing platform is biased towards its own efforts, constantly over-representing their part in our wider marketing efforts. Triple Whale acts as an impartial middle-ground that helps us understand what is accurate and what is puffery from marketing dashboards. Surprisingly easy to set up, and their Account Managers are very helpful. It's helped us understand what is and isn't performing, and where to divert our marketing budgets.

Great software, great team, great support...AND it always gets better. They are doing things right and its reflected in how the customers pain of disconnect is so high. But it's high because of the company as much as the software.

Triple Whale has a been a lifesaver for our small business. Even if you use a small fraction of the features available I am sure you will find value that far outweighs the monthly cost (which is very fairly priced in my opinion.) We rely heavily on their integrated dashboard that brings all of our attribution (and other) metrics together in one place, allowing us to make decisions on ad spend, creative, etc. without logging into every individual ad platform to cross reference and make sense of their individual data. We have also been extremely impressed with Triple Whale's customer service and the private slack channel for customers. Tons of wicked smart people in there! Finally, TW is constantly innovating, exploring AI content generation, AI marketing assistance, etc. They are transparent about their roadmap, successes and even when they make a mistake. I appreciate this as a customer and can't wait to see how the platform grows and evolves.

Incredibly easy to use, the plugin to shopify i great and the mobile app is killer. I've literally used all the other data integrator apps and nothing comes close to this in terms of usability and customisation. The team are also super responsive and are always coming out with new features to help us understand what's happening in the business. Highly recommended

Excellent app! Finally found something that gives me a complete birds eye view of sales and marketing metrics. The developers are extremely responsive as well and are constantly adding new features to improve usability and speed. Highly recommend!
