Perfect app for profit tracking when you already have attribution software. It's clean, simple to use, and easy to customize for max accuracy. I was having a small issue with configuration and Grace came in to safe the day quickly and easily. Highly recommended!

The new features in TrueProfit have been extremely helpful for our store. The transaction fee syncing with Stripe works much better now, and the overall reporting feels more accurate and reliable. What I appreciate the most is the support team they are fast, friendly, and genuinely committed to solving any issue. The DEV team followed up closely, explained everything clearly, and made sure everything was working properly on our side. Highly recommended. Excellent app and even better customer service.

AVOID! There's better Profit Apps out there! We've been using this app for 3-years, and they've given us 1-week notice to either accept a 400% price increase from our legacy plan (which we got for being one of their first users) or be banned from the app. If you're considering this app, don't! There's better alternatives, and ones with better support who don't throw away their legacy users with zero thought.
Hi Dylan Garrod, We’d like to clarify a few points for transparency. This was not a sudden or arbitrary change, and users were not banned for declining a plan change. Merchants are always free to decide whether TrueProfit continues to fit their business needs. Over the past few years, TrueProfit has evolved significantly, including major infrastructure and architectural upgrades required to continue developing, supporting, and improving the app. As part of this transition, certain legacy plans created many years ago under a very different product scope are no longer sustainable. Affected users were contacted directly in advance and provided with a transition offer, giving time to continue using the app and evaluate the current version before moving to standard pricing. We understand pricing changes can be frustrating, and we respect that every merchant can choose the tools that work best for them.
