SCAMMERS!!!! They keep charging after cancelling subscription ALERTT!!!! DO NOT GO IN BUSINESS WITH THEM!! They kept charging for months AFTER cancelling the subscription because I forgot to also uninstall the app from Shopify (which does nothing anymore after cancelling the subscription). They anyways kept charging money and refuse to refund as they "follow shopify guidelines" and "can't do anything about it" It's just a weak excuse to scam you out of your money, watch out!!!

After carefully reviewing the billing records, we found that your 30 days billing cycle began on May 8 2026 and remained active until June 7 2026. While the subscription was canceled on May 25 2026, the billing cycle that had already started continued through its scheduled end date. The charge in question was therefore associated with the May 8 2026 to June 7 2026 billing period, rather than a new billing cycle after cancellation. One aspect that can be confusing is that Shopify processes app charges on the store's regular Shopify invoice date. In this case, the charge appeared on June 7 because that was your Shopify billing date, even though it related to the previous billing period. We understand how this timing can be confusing, which is why we've reached out to you directly via email with a detailed explanation and supporting information regarding the billing timeline. We've also been working with you directly to find a fair resolution and would greatly appreciate the opportunity to continue the conversation there and address any remaining concerns you may have.
