Great app, great UI and features. HOWEVER, Facebook data doesn't always load. I have had to contact support on 10 different occasions. Most times they apologise and acknowledge there's a bug on their end or facebook's end and fix it. However recently, I have had responses from 'Durra', a support agent, who puts the blame on me and tells me I need to sit on the app for 15 minutes for data to load from FB's API (which I did), rather than take responsibility and investigate the issue. Data usually loads in 30-60 seconds anyway, not 15 minutes. Durra needs to be trained...
