horrible, i specifically asked their support how to make sure im not charged again for the subscription and they told me to uninstall the app which i did. this month i was changed AGAIN and it wasnt even installed. i messaged their support 3 times and haven't gotten a reply in the last 2 weeks....

The charge occurred because Shopify automatically processes subscription fees at the start of each billing cycle, as the app was uninstalled after the cycle had already begun.
