Their 'customer' metric in LTV reporting includes all records in Shopify, regardless of whether that person has made a purchase or not. It messes up the LTV metrics and makes the reporting unusable. It's one of the most feature-rich platforms I've tried, and would have stayed if the 'customer' metric in LTV reports excluded records of people who have never purchased.

I installed True Profit a few days ago and have been trying to study how to set everything up. After a few sessions I decided to ask the support team for some help with a couple of the settings.
