Have been a a lifelong free plan and now all of a sudden they have secretly started to charge us 179 dollar/month! A complete scam and I would stay away from this App every day. Stay away from it if you do not want to get scammed.

Hello, this sounds like a big misunderstanding. I can see you've been with us quite a while and all charges are made via Shopify (actually you're on the cheapest plan, that's not available anymore).
