We've recently started using TrueROAS and are genuinely impressed with how accurate it is. Very slow reply, while you're spending money on ads they take a bunch of time to reply, also the analytics is not that accurate, I got two orders from my Shopify Store but the report says zero order attributed to my campaign, not reliable not sending the data correctly, I gave them 5 star first but after a bunch of miss and slow reply I had to change to 2, they're not reliable even tough it's free till you hit 10k per month, the support is automated bot and the reply is almost impossible to get since they took a bunch of time to reply, if you want a better tracking and analytics tool I advise you to use another tracking platform.

If you're running ads, you need this - it's that simple. We were trying to scale and the attribution data just didn't add up when stacked up against our Shopify sales with Google and Meta both laying claim. There also seemed to be inaccuracies as to which ads were really converting and we knew that Meta was being fed incorrect data back from Shopify. I'd looked at a few options for sort out tracking data but what I really liked about TrueRoas was the detailed reporting that it provides. It's not just sorted the tracking, it's given us complete visibility of the order journeys, both as a detailed audit but also as an overview. If you want to scale your ads, I really would recommend TrueRoas. Don't assume that Meta is giving you the correct information - in my experience, it has always massively inflated its achievements! Sure, you can save money by installing just a tracking app but if you're serious about scaling, the amount of reporting information this system provides is on a different level. Oh and for Claude/ChatGPT fans out there, you can connect to the MCP for TrueRoas. It's brilliant as I can just pull a daily report that shows me exactly what our campaigns are doing.
