Worst customer support ever. They respond once every few days and don't help resolve issues. The dashboard metrics don't reflect reality, making it impossible to conduct any analytics.

Slow support responses are not acceptable, and if your dashboard data wasn't reflecting reality, that's a tracking setup issue we should have caught and fixed proactively during onboarding. Have been a a lifelong free plan and now all of a sudden they have secretly started to charge us 179 dollar/month! A complete scam and I would stay away from this App every day. Stay away from it if you do not want to get scammed.

I have been using TrueRoas for several months. Initially, it worked quite well, but in recent months, it has been a constant struggle. Technical issues are frequent, and basic functions often don’t work as they should. We constantly had to request links to extend subscriptions for all e-commerce clients, and it almost never worked. As a result, many clients were incorrectly charged by TrueRoas. Customer support often leaves issues unresolved. Choose another third-party app, even if it costs more. It will save you from constant headaches and the frustration of dealing with small tasks that should work seamlessly from the start. /Jack Rihs

We can see you used TrueROAS for about 8 months before cancelling, and then actually came back and reinstalled a few months later, so we hope we did provide some real value for your store during that time. Not a reputable company! I had an active subscription and from one day to the next nothing was tracked anymore. I wrote to the support team and they didn't help me. After more than 10 days of waiting, I canceled my subscription and then they said they would no longer help me because I canceled my subscription. So I paid money for nothing. Way too expensive and the support is simply incompetent
