PetParadise Hub review for TrueROAS ‑ AI Ad Attribution

Very slow reply, while you're spending money on ads they take a bunch of time to reply, also the analytics is not that accurate, I got two orders from my Shopify Store but the report says zero order attributed to my campaign, not reliable not sending the data correctly, I gave them 5 star first but after a bunch of miss and slow reply I had to change to 2, they're not reliable even tough it's free till you hit 10k per month, the support is automated bot and the reply is almost impossible to get since they took a bunch of time to reply, if you want a better tracking and analytics tool I advise you to use another tracking platform.
