I've used many similar products, but none of them are as good as this one. It's extremely convenient for managing comments, and the customer service is very prompt. Highly recommended.

The customer service is TOP TIER, within seconds I was with an agent and even though there were some bumps to get my problem solved, they managed to do it and i'm very satisfied. Overall the app is a 10/10

WOW! The support goes far beyond the typical 'How-to.' I had a question about importing reviews, and next thing I know, while I was waiting for instructions, Tyler had already imported all my reviews. Fantastic! The layout and options are far superior to those of most generic review apps out there!
