Hola, la app dejó de verse en mi tienda, esta instalada y está activa dentro de mi tema, ¿pueden ayudarme?
Hola, Lamentamos sinceramente los problemas que has tenido con nuestra aplicación. Después de revisar, hemos notado que tu tienda está utilizando una versión antigua, la cual puede tener ciertas limitaciones o afectar la correcta visualización de las reseñas. Entendemos perfectamente lo frustrante que puede ser esto, especialmente cuando esperas que todo funcione sin inconvenientes. Anteriormente te enviamos un correo electrónico para brindarte soporte directo, pero lamentablemente no hemos recibido respuesta todavía. Para asegurarnos de poder ayudarte lo antes posible, acabamos de enviarte otro correo con pasos detallados y opciones de asistencia. ¿Podrías revisar tu bandeja de entrada (y también la carpeta de spam/correo no deseado por si acaso)? Facebook Reviews presents reviews appealingly on our site, except that it stops, without warning, every 60 days, and needs "rebooting" (reauthorization of its FB token). So prepare to keep an eye on your reviews page forever, and for regular visits to the app admin page, if you intend to use this app. After many years with this app, we finally switched to a different app to pull in reviews to our site when Trustify had one issue after another that required an unreasonable amount of our time to fix. Their support was somewhat responsive, but mostly unhelpful.
