This review app has a great UI design, making it a perfect match for Shopify themes. The customer support is very responsive—I encountered issues with reviews not displaying correctly a few times, and after reaching out, they resolved them within minutes. They were also very patient in teaching me how to handle such situations. The free subscription plan already meets most of my needs, highly recommended!

I spent my whole sunday dealing with different apps and different reps.. not a single one understood what I was looking for... everyone just senk a a link to instructions and no one was readily available to help me.. no one understood what I was asking for..which was not complicated... i came across Trustify... and Joyce was the perfect host to help me out! it was the SMOOTHEST transaction yet!! Best review app we have found. Louis on chat helped with questions and removed branding for free. It is fully featured review app and easy to use. Looks professional and will certainly help with sales.

Trustify is a great app for adding reviews to my website! The free version has its limitations, but it's a solid starting point compared to other apps. I think the app is very helpful and easy to set up. I imported some of the reviews using their template. I reached out to CS since I had added the entire link of the product in the template not the "handle" as they needed it to be and CS was super prompt and helpful. I will continue using them, highly recommend the app.
