doesnt work, no customer support either
I don't know how you can say "no customer support" since I replied to your email 6 hours after you sent a request. Could you reach out to me? I can reset your free trial period and give you a $5 re-activation bonus. hello@programmerhat.com also what part of the product are you saying "doesnt work"? UI Trustbox widget or the automated email followups? Based on your email, you said you couldn't get past the paywall, which is unusual since many others have been able to install and use the widget successfully.
