This app is not ready to be used. Not user friendly at all. Their widgets don't work, you can't add them on your website even though it's presented as an option. Support is lacking, they respond in line 3 days. Not a great experience would try Loox.

From the communication you had with our Support Team we noticed you installed another Trustpilot app, namely EZ Trustpilot integration App - which is not something created by Trustpilot and supported. We recommend to install the shopify app via the b2b, to get access to all the features and a working shopify.
