The Vault review for Trustpilot Reviews
May 21, 2024
Fake/Non-genuine reviews run rife on Trustpilot. And they do nothing about it to protect businesses. We have 1 star reviews about trainers, we don't even sell trainers... However Trustpilot will not investigate these issues, they allow you to flag, but will just give a generic template response. It's a shame that the site holds such buyer trust because when you start to look at the detail it's clear to see that it has real issues with fake reviews/ bots. Looking forward to another textbook generic response to follow this below.
