Very bad experience, they installed badges on the homepage without my permission, community Q&A couldn't find removal measures, so called customer service just disappeared, will never use again!
Hi, Thanks for sharing this review. Widgets and Trustpilot badges can only be placed on a website, by the owner of the website. I can see that my colleagues from Support have been in touch with you regarding the widgets showing on your website. They advised these were not linked to the Shopify integration but were installed with Trustpilot Google tag manager. From what I can see now, I believe you have been able to remove these accordingly from your website.
